Stalk looked around, wondering if his particular traits could be of any use. Granted, no-one had taken a good enough look at his face yet, but it was only a matter of time...
He approached the employee at the desk. "Excuse me," he said politely, making sure to keep his face hidden. "I don't suppose you could take a look at this for me, could you?" He held out a piece of paper, and when the employee went to take it he made sure to lightly brush an exposed fingertip of his against the back of the employee's hand. The employee shook, mumbling something unintelligible as the veins on her hand turned black, leading up the arm straight to the eyes which flared black for a second before returning to normal.
"Never mind," Stalk said kindly, returning the blank paper to his pocket. "Say, if I was to mention the word "Zed", what would be your reaction?"
The employee, shaken by - she couldn't quite remember what - struggled to maintain her composure.
"I - I would say that I do not know anything about any Zed."
"Splendid." I love it when they lie. "Do say hi to Jared for me. You know, when you're not fucking his brother on the side."
And that said, the woman's eyes going wide with shock, he allowed himself a little smile as he walked away.
Boat. Her thoughts had said something about a boat, and right now she was looking at her computer, and debating whether to call security. Too much attention, too many witnesses... there's a good girl.

"Very well," the woman smiled. "Please, call me Throne."
She dialed a number into her phone and placed it on the table, setting it to speaker.

Stalk checked his phone, saw the number, rerouted it to his earpiece and plugged it in.
"Hey there, beautiful - what's up?"
"Leah's here with me - how's the search for her brother going?"
"Hey Leah," Stalk said quietly as he knew Zach would have his ears pricked for that word. "Very nice to meet you. I'm Stalk. You'll be pleased to know that I've just found out your brother is on a boat... somewhere on the coastline."
"Will you need some more firepower?" Throne asked.
"Depends. I'll let you know with the usual codewords."
"Splendid. Keep this up, you might earn a treat."
"Tell me it's that schoolgirl lingerie I've been begging you to buy."
"Complete with a nice thick over-sized lolly for me to suck on so very hard - then bite clean through..."
"...We'll have him by nightfall," Stalk said breathlessly, then muted the mic so he could gasp in restrained pleasure. "When I get back home you minx..." he hissed under his breath. "Two words. Riding crop!"

 

"Why are you showing me this?"
"Because I want to hear your answer."
Zed looks at her with shock, 'Answer?' Zed looks at the Ashley, who is currently drinking her cup of coffee. The man next to her, looks down at her.
"You should rest."
Ashley puts her cup down.
"I'm fine, I can keep on going."
"Ashley please."
Ashley looks at the man.
"John, don't worry I'm fine."
Zed blinks and realises who the man is. 'Wait, thats Mr. Red, and she just said John. So his first name is John.' The man places his hand on her shoulder, Ashley places her hand over Johns. A shiny ring can be seen on her ring finger, 'Married, he did say she was his wife.' The two stood there in the same position, Zed watched them, 'They look so, peaceful.' Zed looks a at the Ashley thats not from the memory.
"I don't get it, what am I suppose to answer?"
"You're going to see it soon."
"See what?"
The door flies open, a group of men with guns rush into the room. The two looked at the men with guns and raised their hands.
"Good, It seems like you know already."
"What do you want?"
"O, What do we want?"
"We want you, Mr. Red."
"Me?"
"Yes, you."
The man shows off a wicked smile.
"and no one else."
Two men in the group shoot at Ashley's lower body, the other two shot at John's legs to stop him from moving. The man goes up to John and hits him with the back of his gun, John fall unconscious. Ashley, who is bleeding out on the chair cries out to John, but nothing can be done. The man picks up Mr. Red and carries him out the door.
"Hey, what about the woman?"
"Leave her to bleed out, I don't like killing woman."
"Well, If your not going to do it, I guess I will."
The man walks up to Ashley who, is currently in pain.
"Good night sweet heart."
The man shoots the gun on her forehead, Ashley stops moving, Ashley dies. The dream turns black and white, the blood still bright red. Zed turns to Ashley.
"You probably know what I'm going to ask you."
"Yeah."
"Then let me ask you."
"Do you think, I'm still alive?"
Zed stands there, in the black and white dream thinking. 'You have to be alive to use your power, don't you? Unless your power continues in the after life, but then that should be impossible. So she must be alive, although this memory does contradict her living. So how is she still able to use her power to visit my dreams. How? How? Damn it. There is no explanation, but the only way she can talk to me, in my dreams. Is that she has to be alive. Then, there is my answer. She is alive.' Zed takes a deep breath, and exhales. He looks at Ashley in the eye.
"I say, Your still alive."
Ashley's eyes widen, she stares at Zed for a little bit.
"You do?"
"Yeah."
The dream shatters into pieces and is disintegrated. The two stand there in the empty void. The cell starts to appear around them. As the cell appears Ashley sits down on the bed. Ashley looks at the ground and smiles.
"Your the only one that said that."
"Everyone else, said I was dead."
Ashley looks at Zed with a nice smile on her.
"Don't tell my husband!"
"Okay?"
"Ye-"
Zed's head swings to the right, and a red mark appears on his left cheek.
"Oi, are you a heavy sleeper?"
"Wake up!"
Ashley starts to laugh.
"Its time to wake up."
"I guess so."
Ashley grabs out a gun from behind her back, she aims it at Zed's forehead.
"Remember, don't tell my husband."
"Don't worry, I kno-"
*Bang*

 

OOT: Sorry for the late reply, guys. Things have been a little hectic this week.

Claus nodded and whispered back.
"Naturally. And the sooner, the better."
Saying this, he found his own terminal to use and before doing anything with it, looked around to make sure nobody was watching.
"It looks like the coast is clear. I'll have to keep an eye out to make sure nobody starts getting curious."
He thought this to himself as he looked back at the screen. Skipping through the miscellaneous information given to the hotel guests, he quickly found the "employees only" part of the network and ran into an error message that read "ACCESS DENIED." Claus had the slightest grin on his face as he took this as a challenge rather than a roadblock. As he started to work his magic on the terminal, he soon found something that caught his attention. There was a part of the hotel's layout that was...blank. Completely black and empty, starting at what looked like a small entrance somewhere in the basement of the hotel and spreading out to what looked like it could be the shape of a very large underground structure. After a little more digging around, he found what looked like an access code.

"47-- ACCESS TERMINAL B FOR FINAL AUTHORIZATION."

This message caught him off-guard at first, but he soon put together the meaning of it. The fact that there were exactly two terminals was no coincidence, it was an extra layer of security. It was there to assure that if one computer was hacked, this underground facility could still not be accessed. It required both parts of a four-digit password in order to gain access, which would slow down any potential hackers such as himself. It also might tip off the security team if someone went from one terminal to another for no apparent reason. Taking all of this into account, Claus took out a piece of paper and scribbled something down on it, which he took over to Zach's terminal and-- again, when he was certain that nobody was watching-- carefully slipped it into his hand.

"We have a location: B1. 4-digit code to get in. Need 2nd half of code from this terminal."

 

Locks sat their putting the finishing touches on his work, as it was almost ready to go into the testing faze. Locks stood up and walked out into the hallway. He pushed by nurses and guards until he had made his way to the material withdrawal booth. He requested the chemicals and drugs he would need and received them in moments. He brought them back to the labs and sat down to wait. The subject would be here any moment.
"Locks you have a visitor."
One of the doctors from the council walked in and explained the guidelines when creating his experiment. Not to let it out of site and things of that nature. When he finished a young girl about 15 was strapped to the table and sedated. Locks prepared his materials and began work. In theory this experiment of his own creation would be able to create a pocket dimension where she could store inanimate objects and pull them out at will. As Locks finished up the procedure she woke up and began to freak out. She began to spasm and a circular hole appeared in the air. Inside was nothing but darkness in all directions. Scientifically speaking this was the dead space in her mind where she can only input information not create it. Locks through something into the hole and slapped the girl. After the sudden shock the girl closed the hole. He pinched her and it opened again. He reached his am in and felt around for the object. It was exactly where he left it. It was a complete success. The girl stood up and began to look around confused.
"Where am I?"
"Who are you?"
A side affect of manipulating her brain complete amnesia. Locks needed to think up a quick lie and convince her that that was her reality.
"You crashed your bike into a wall so I brought you to the hospital. They said you might have amnesia so I guess I'll introduce myself. I'm your neighbor and friend Jackson but you nicknamed me Locks."
This should be simple enough that she'll go along with it. She started trying to remember but the it must of thrown her into shock because she fell back into the table. Xavier who was still watching spoke up.
"A few kinks but good for your first. Deal with the mind problem before anything else."
Locks put a helmet on the girl and began to implant memories in the gaps she had. Her name was now Grace. She was best friends with her neighbor Jackson who she nicknamed locks. Locks was incredibly smart and got a scholarship to a doctors school at only 14. As a favor to him they also admitted her not as a student or doctor but as someone to keep him company. Locks fabricated as many memories as he could think off. Family, friends, schools, teachers, food, he out everything he could into her head. She woke up minutes later groggy.
*YAWN "Hey Locks!"
She hugged him.
"Wanna go for a walk around the city for a bit."
"Sure Grace."

Back story: Orphaned at a young age and recently "Adopted" by some "nice" "Gentlemen" from the "Labs". She was used in locks experiment and now has irreversible false memories.
Special abilities: Has a personal pocket dimension where she can store non organic matter and recall it at will.
Strength/weakness- Versatile ability that can cancel out many others. Storage space only has so much room. False memories and is to loyal o locks

Hilarious movie btw. The amount of one liners is off the charts

Leonard was on his room computer looking up his former company's news network. It looks like PlasmiumTech was going was going through some big changes. It seems like weapon development was on the agenda. The number one thing him and his father opposed was given the OK and testing was underway in an undisclosed location.
That makes no sense, why would my father who always opposed weaponized Plasmium start that process now? First he betrays his only son then he betrays the core tenet of the Batista family? Grandfather would be rolling in his grave knowing that his discovery has been put to this use.

Looking up for information, especially concerning Steven Blight turned up mostly empty. It seemed he was put in charge of the division for developing Plasmium weapons but that was extent of his promotion. Father may be an asshole but he wouldn't destroy his company by handing the reigns to a fool like Steven.
So who is the favorite to head PlasmiumTech? Why did father leave me to die in that wretched lab? It makes no sense, none of this makes sense. I thought I was finally starting to see the soul of that man after mom died all those years ago...

Lost in thought Leonard almost missed the flashing icon on his computer. Looks like someone entered the employees only section of the network. No one is allowed to enter that network without the expressed permission given by Zenma. It wasn't a countermeasure, just a way to notify Leonard and Zenma that the network was in use when it wasn't supposed to be.
Someone is snooping around.
I better notify the doctor if he hasn't realized it already. I guess we'll just have to see what happens now

 

"We have a location: B1. 4-digit code to get in. Need 2nd half of code from this terminal."

“Roger that, I’ll see what I can find.” Zach said as he went to work on the terminal. Placing his hand right on the keyboard, he let his ability go into the terminal, and find the necessary information. Not only did he find the other 4 digit password, but also what looked like a map, with a central server terminal located in a secure room. This room could only be accessed by having a 7 digit code, which was hidden deep behind a firewall that only chief managers could access. Well, they haven’t met me before. Time to see what we can find. Zach dove deeper into the network, and found the firewall. It was a bit stronger than he had expected, but he found the right cracks in the wall, and got through it without setting any alarms off. He found the code, as well as a map to the room. From what he could tell, it looked like this area had not been accessed in quite some time. It also contained some data on some anomalies, but there wasn’t much information there. That was about all he could find, so he erased his tracks from the network, and wrote down what he found on some paper lying around, and handed it to Claus.

“Looks like there is indeed something that was hidden, what do you say we go and check it out?”

 

Claus took a quick glance at the paper and nodded. He subtly whispered back to Zach so as not to draw attention.
"Security looks tight here. See that man over there?"
He didn't move his body, instead directing only his eyes to a man in a suit to the right of them.
"He's been looking this way pretty often, we shouldn't move together. We'll take the elevators on the south side to get to the basement. You go first, grab Stalk along the way. I'll head there from the other side in one minute. Wait for me and we'll all go down together."
Saying this, he leaned up against a nearby wall and started counting in his head.

 

"Dr. Zenma"
Leonard met Zenma inside the security office. The team for the underground sweep of the lab was already there. They are on 24 hour standby.

"Ah Leo, good timing. It looks like that breach you noticed disappeared "
"Really? What happened?"
"We don't know. Whoever signed into that network closed us off the moment they hacked in. We can't even pinpoint which terminal they used."

Zenma continued
"My team assured me that it wasn't one of them that entered the network. Whoever logged in didn't want anyone finding out. Good thing we got 24-hour surveillance on that system eh?"

Leonard answered with exasperated sigh. The six man rotation overseeing all network activity was draining the undermanned team. Zenma could laugh at it. He didn't have to sit six hours in front of a computer giving authorizations for people to login.

"Anyway doctor, I think we should prepare the operation. As we all agreed the intruder will be the first one to enter those labs.

"Yes your right. I don't know who this person is but this is my hotel & casino. My house, my rules. I say let the guests do the gambling. I don't want to risk my men." Zenma looked at the small team of volunteers around him

Everyone in the room nodded once.

 

OOT: Gonna wait for Zach to approach Stalk to get that moving

Throne laughed as a clearly frustrated Stalk ended the call on her, before turning back to notice Leah all hunched up on the sofa.
"Is something wrong?" she asked, cocking her head. "Leah, are you ok?"

 

Throne bit her lip.
"Well, of course we'd simply love to have more of your group come here, but, sweetie, we're afraid that there might be some bad reactions."
She clicked a button on the remote control and a door opened to the right. "When we say we help all the experiments... we do mean ALL of them."

FLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!
He shot into the room, bloody maw agape, leaping straight for Leah with a deafening bloodthirsty moan in his throat.

OOT: He's back! YAY!

 

The collar around his neck released an electric charge and an instant later he slumped, becoming as docile as a kitten.

Throne put the remote control down and comforted her. "I'm sorry, my dear. I didn't think he'd charge at you. You ok?"

 

Zach walked over to Stalk, and told him about the plan. “Should be interesting what we can find down there”, Zach whispered. “Just make sure you walk casually, so we don’t draw any attention.”

As they were headed to the elevators, the guard looked their way, but didn’t seem to follow them. Zach noticed that this guard seemed to have almost a blank look on his face as they went by, which made him even more suspicious of the place.

“So Stalk, are you just like us and on the run from the labs? Or is there something else you are after. It seems like all of us who are experiments have just been blindly going after the labs, but we really don’t know what is going on. I hope to find out just exactly is going on once we access that central terminal, although I don’t think it will be quite that easy.” Zach said

Zach then grabbed one of the metal rails in the elevator as they headed down, and let his arm become encased. “I’m not sure what will be waiting for us down there, but it probably won’t be friendly. Myself and Claus will probably be able to take them on, I hope you will be alright with your ability.”

 

Stalk looked bemused. "Do not worry yourself. I'm sure that I'll be quite capable of pulling my own weight." He pointedly ignored the question about his motivations. Somehow, I don't think "I'm here to steal your girlfriend's body so my girlfriend can use it forever to kill our enemies" quite has the appropriate tone.

Throne took some bloodied meat from her pocket and threw it back through the door, and he lumbered after it, slavering. She closed the door behind him and looked pityingly at Leah. "Do you see what I mean? If we were to let you return to your friends and let them all come here, can you tell me that they wouldn't find him and a few others... disagreeable?"

 

The ten man team for the sweep of the underground lab were all suited up and ready for the worst.
Zenma and Slasher were unarmed of course. Their close combat powers could prove useful in the confines of the lab.
Leonard had no special combat ability so he was given a easy to use submachine gun. The bulky assualt rifles went to 5 others members. One had a heavy duty shotgun and a demolition set just in case. The last member even had a flamethrower. He was to hang back as the reinforcements, a kind of "last resort" in case things get ugly.

Zenma called the squad leader to attention
"Status report"
"Elevator 4 is enroute to the basement. As per your orders no move was made to impede the intruders progress, also... there seems to be more then one intruder."
"Interesting, that would help to explain how easy it was to bypass the security lock. Did you get a good look at them?"
"No sir. The guards were told to completely ignore them until further orders"

And now to spring our trap

"Good. Commence the operation. Use the cargo elevator to go down. It's much closer to the door then the guest one. Remember! Do not fire on the intruders! We need all the help we can get to flush out what lies in the underground!"

Leonard's heart was racing. What will they find?
