As the swarm had descended unto the land, it brought a great deal of death for everything surrounding it. the causalities kept piling up, and there was nothing anyone could do about it just yet. Noticing he had left 3 people out of the assault he turned his attention towards the three that were grouped together. Zillis, Brad, and Ella. Now Ella fleeing towards the house. He took this opportunity to manifest a human like appearance and floated menacingly above the house. The Locust began to flow into a formation to resemble that of a human. Looking down towards the 3 He could sense that there was some sort of demi-deity, amongst the three his voice was louder than the swarm when he spoke.

"One of you three will become my slave... To whom will surrender thine flesh." Though his human like appearance remained he shot forth thousands of insects towards Zillis, Brad, and Ella. The first wave heading towards Ella wasn't meant to kill her it was slowly and gently lifting her from the ground up towards him. The master was to consume his desired prey, as he thought she was the one who had godly abilties.

Zillis had to think quick, Though his abilities couldn't ever match that of what he was going to face he needed to find a way to disrupt them, Before Ella was to die. Zillis gently tapped onto Brads shoulder, only to get his attention. Quickly speaking "Give me about 20 of your bullets. I need them, now." Once Brad Obliged he broke them all down and extracted the gunpowder from each and every single one of them he held onto the gunpowder and bunched it up in his hands as much as he could fit, expanding them being sure to lose none of it.

"Brad, hear me out you're going to throw me directly into the heart of the swarm. I won't be able to kill him with this amount of gun powder, and I will need your help. When I tell you to shoot, You're going to shoot my hand to create the spark for the gunpowder, I will expand the explosion to grab Ella. It will also direct any survivors to us in case there is a drastic need for escaping this hell hole as it is now."

Oswald placed down Zoe, and stood up. the voice of the plague could be heard echoing throughout the entire village and this being the source of its voice shook the foundation to it's core. It created the illusion that the house was going to fall at any moment, and It might very well after what Zillis want's to do. Oswald having nothing to go on but his gut instinct reaches his hand down and grabs a hold of Zoe's.

"Listen Zoe, we're going to get out of here, we're going to run as far as we can and we are going to survive, It's going to be you, Ella, Zilly, Brad, and I. I'll protect you with my life." Looking out the basement window he could see there was a massive swarm of bugs surrounding the house, looking around he found 2 half empty bottles of alcohol and tore up parts of his shirt to create a wick. he strapped them to his suspenders and began to walk up the stairs and getting ready to get out of the house.

In a Shadowy area of GreenForge silently sat a man shrouded by darkness. If you knew his existence, you'd say he was immortal. though he lay in slumber it was only for the moment, his visions becoming ever so prevalent he could see the world as it lay bare in front of him. Though he had no interest in the future of this realm, he also had no interest in the past nor present. He existed simply to exist. A sign of an omen was his awakening. and slowly the clock ticked. and his fate depended on that of whoever could find him.

The King returned to his chair and waved Victoria away with the back of his hand, before beginning to pour over charts and notes before him.
But before the servant girl could take her place by the wall, a barely corporeal hand grabbed her chest. The hand was feminine and pale as fresh snow, black nails tipping long, slender fingers.

"Plump but firm." Said a silken voice from behind Victoria. Another hand roamed down her torso, before taking ahold of her left hand and raising it up. "So dainty. A little rough, but nothing a little pampering can't fix."
The face of the person man handling her appeared over her shoulder. It was a woman's face, of ethereal beauty and as pale as her hands, framed perfectly by long black hair that appeared as if floating in water.
"And her legs are simply to die for!" the woman continued, moving her hand up to the girl's chin, holding her face alongside her own.
"So, My Lord," she addressed the King, "How would she look on me?"
Omnes pushed up his glasses, which were more for show than anything nowadays. "I think she'd look the same as she does now, obviously. She wouldn't change at all."

The ethereal woman shot the good doctor a look that could have burned through steel. "I was asking if she'd suit me, doctor. For all your intelligence, you simply don't know how to talk to a lady."
The doctor smirked. "It would help if the lady in question didn't ask such idiotic questions."

    "Don't test me, bookworm."
His smirk didn't waver. "Going to jump out my closet and scream 'Boo!'?"

Her features contorted into a snarl. "I warned you!" She let go of Victoria completely, making ready to go for Omnes.
"Enough." came the voice of the King. He didn't shout or raise his voice, but the way his two squabbling servants reacted you would have thought he had threatened to sunder them from this plane of existence. "Lady Amala." he said finally raising his gaze from the documents on the table. "What news have your followers conveyed to you?"

Amala, to her credit, recovered with a practiced ease. "Most are nothing but meaningless rhetoric and blind worship. However those in Haven beg for deliverance from the plague that that ravages the lower castes and curse the Queen as those that live in safety in their manors above."
The King, true to form, showed little emotion in response to the news. "Very well. Have Lady Elonice keep us updated on the situation. If an uprising occurs, it would save our forces both time and resources to allow the commoners of Haven to attempt to overthrow their Queen."

Amala curtsied, her gown moving much the same way as her hair. "As you wish, Your Highness."
She turned to leave, running one of her hands across Victoria's face. "See you soon, sweetie." she whispered to the girl before walking out through the closed doors of the library.

Beatrice's talk with the watchmaker on her travels with Adolph drew to an end.
"Beatrice, I enjoyed speaking with you again."
"I did too. And thank you for your help."
"It was my pleasure. And do bring Adolf along some time, I would like to meet your suitor when he is feeling better."
"I will, don't wor- wait suitor? He must not know that then, the way he acts"
The watchmaker laughed, but afterward his smile faded as he changed the subject to something more serious.
"I must warn you of this, though. As of late, the bulk of the King's men have been coming closer and closer to the town in their routine travels. The mountain landscape has been making it difficult for them to come through here, but they will likely find a way, should they grow interested in coming here for some reason. Be ready for that time."
"I will, when Adolf is with me. Good bye."
    "Good bye."
Beatrice left the store, and made her way back to her own store.
We all have our own little secrets.
We all have our own little secrets?

Lust smiled at Negi, pointing out where the provisions were from her place at the counter, which conveniently placed away from Gertrank and herself. The moment Negi turned his back, her face went from a heartwarming smile to a cold, piercing glare. Her voice was sharp, dripping with acid.

"How can I forget a grape like you, however meaningless you may be? I only drank so as to put my daughter at ease. But if you really want more attention, perhaps I should go for the flesh of the fruit rather than the just the juice."
Lust licked her lips, the thought of eating a delicious fruit giving her an appetite.
"But that is not important. I know you must be here only to cause trouble. But to show off your godly side in front of a person, only proves that you are a damnable hypocrite only wanting to cause trouble. I won't allow you to cause trouble for my daughter, nor for Adolf. If you have nothing else to do, then leave peaceably. Should you try anything, anything at all, I will rip you pieces."
Lust's hands clenched underneath the table, thinking of using her inhuman strength for mutilating Gertrank.
"And then, I'll see if the flesh tastes as good as the juice."
Her mouth salivated in anticipation for this possibly tasty opportunity.

Adolph stirred slightly, his bringing him before an entity of a grey, masculine form, whose body was half transparent, as if to show he was in between existing and not existing. Wolves surrounded Adolph, but showed him no hostility. They stood like this, surrounded in darkness yet somehow being illuminated, for hours. Finally, Adolph spoke.

    "...Who are you?"
    "..."
    "..."
    "..."
    "..."
    "..."
"...I never expected an answer anyway."

OOT: Waiting until next post so I can get Beatrice to come and help out Negi. She knows [insert language here]ese.

Ella aimed the gun at the deity as it appeared beside her, thinking it was one of the locusts. When he heard the words "she's already dead" Ella stopped dead in her tracks, her eyes wide
    "No....."
    She looked at the deity
    "Y-you're lying"
She aimed the gun at him again but before she could pull the trigger she was interrupted by a voice. Before she could turn around to see who was speaking, the swarm had started lifting her in the air. Ella started struggling, kicking and pulling the locusts off of her
    "Put me down"
She broke her hand free enough to aim her gun at the figure floating above the house and fired a shot, figuring he was the one controlling the bugs

Victoria gasped when she was grabbed, instead of fighting it she froze, only moving her eyes to the hand that grabbed her, her eyes then followed the hand as it moved down her torso. She tensed up unsure of how far the hand would go, she knew better than to fight any of the kings men, or women, judging by the hand. When her wrist was grabbed and held up, she let out a whimper. When the woman showed he face, all Victoria could do was admire the beauty. Next thing she knew the woman had her hand on her chin and was talking to the king. All Victoria could do was look in the direction the woman held her face.
    "p-please don't hurt me"
she said faintly. It was then that Omnes spoke and the two started arguing. Just like the other two, when the king said enough, she to coward. She quickly headed over to where she would stand until needed as the king spoke with the woman. Victoria couldn't help but to watch and listen as the two spoke. When they were done, the woman courtesy to the king and walked past Victoria. Victorias eyes followed as she passed, upon feeling the hand run across her face, Victoria reacted by turning away from the woman. The words spoken to her made her a little nervous. What did she mean by "how would she look on" the woman?
Victoria gulped at the thought, did she mean to actually "wear" her?
She shook her head and turned her attention back to the king. She realized at one point she was eves dropping and hoped the king hadn't noticed, but for some reason she couldn't keep her eyes off that woman, she was beautiful. Did she not think the same herself?

OOT: Sorry I've been a little slow at posting, it's been a long week.

Brad watched as Ella went back to the house and thought about going after her, but he ended up waiting outside with Zillis. Then the swarm came...he looked on in horror as what looked like hundreds or even thousands of insects came down on them. He was about to tell everyone to find cover, but the swarm moved quickly and picked up Ella, bringing her towards a human-shaped figure made of insects. With a look of abject horror, he called out.
    "Ella! No...!"
He feared for the worst, but he didn't have much time to worry as Zillis quickly told Brad his plan.

"That's the craziest thing I've ever heard...I like it!"
Brad grinned and gave a nod of approval.
    "You got it, bro!"
He quickly checked to make sure his flintlock pistol was loaded. He then put it away and ran about ten feet towards the swarm, still keeping a fair amount of distance for safety's sake. He crouched down and clapped his hands together to signal that he was ready when Zillis was. He also made sure that he was ready to grab his gun and fire when Zillis told him to.

As Ushi made her way through the town, she saw two young children running towards her. Ushi quickly opened a door to the nearest house, and herded the two children inside. She quickly issued her orders to those inside, then closed the door. As she turned around, she saw someone, a woman, being lifted off the ground by a smaller swarm of bugs.
'That must be the epicenter.' Ushi thought to herself, as she gripped her staff, and ran towards the area, almost tripping over a guy crouching down on the ground. She stopped herself suddenly, losing control of the wind surrounding her. In an 'explosion' of sorts, the sudden stop, and loss of control, made the wind 'rush' out in all directions.

Death inched closer to Ella, he seemed unaffected by the commotion going on around him, "Soon, you will also be dead."

He smiled at Lust. "Maybe I'll use your speciality on your daughter, how does that sound?" He chuckled, "And you know how the flesh tastes, don't lie to yourself."

"If it's possible, I suppose I should try," Helen responded to Terios. "Although, if the benefits of this state outweigh the downsides, I may prefer to stay as I am now."
She took a few moments to further regard her situation, the little she knew of it. Her only real understanding was the feeling of emptiness that permeates her entire being, and the lack of a true emotion.
"I need to learn more. Though I know not where to begin."

Cecil took a drag on his cigarette as the messenger reported to him. He stabbed the butt out with frustration. "Ah shit, who'd I piss off this time?"

He thanked the messenger and took a few moments to wash the majority of the blood from his hands. Running his fingers through his short hair he let out a sigh and left the medical tent at a brisk walk.

The camp was much teh same as it always was, ordered chaos. Men bustled around doing a hundred different tasks at once. After spending his entire adult life in military encampments, he was used to this state of affairs. He quickly made his way to the General's tent where his way was barred by one of the repurposed warmachines. This one was the size of a man and didn't seem to have been integrated with any mass destruction weaponry. Cecil quickly gave his identification to the machine and was allowed inside.

He gave a tired salute to the General's staff and then another one to the man who had come to see him. "How may I be of service, My Lord?"

Neji came back to the counter holding several items in his hands. Most of which seemed to be relatively long lasting food materials. Since his country has no knowledge of canned foods, he had left those on the shelf and grabbed cheeses, meats and unleavened breads along with a large sack of rice.

As he approached the counter again, he noticed that the two beings, Lust and Gertrank, were still locked in conversation. He still couldn't understand what they were talking about, but he could sense the hostility between the two. His senses told him it was better to stay out of it, but his Code wouldn't allow him to stay out of it if things turned for the worst. He knew they might be beings beyond him, but even gods had their weaknesses.

He cleared his throat making a kind of "Ah-hem" sound, something he had picked up with his travels across their strange land, and placed the provisions on the counter. His eyes narrowed understanding that he had broken up their conversation. "I would like to pay." He spoke in his language while fetching a bag from inside his shihakusho. The bag was fairly large and clinked as if it had heavy coins of some kind of metal within.

The Deity of Alcohol swiftly turned to Neji, speaking in the same language as the person, "Allow me." He reached into his briefcase, pulling out a few dozen gold coins and sliding them over to Lust and/or Beatrice.

“My specialty? On her? Don't make me laugh.
When Negi stepped up to the counter, her cold glare vanished to a kind smile.
At that moment, Beatrice stepped in through the door. She saw that Lust (who she knew as Cassandra) Gertrank and Negi were gathered at the counter.

Looks like all went well while I was away.
“Thank you for minding the store while I was away. Is everything coming to a conclusion now? I would like to make sure the store is closed this time around.”
She walked past the customers and stood next to Lust.
“Everything here is basically done. This merry man decided to pay for the easterner's goods, and is about to unload his drinks here.”
“I am glad to hear they are satisfied. Oh, I nearly forgot!”
Beatrice pulled a pen and some sheets of paper from beneath the counter, and began writing down a note on each sheet. As she wrote, she spoke to Negi in his language.
“[Since you are not familiar with the area, I am going to write down some notes for you to pass onto the other people in the town you will likely meet. This note with these two lines is for the inn, and this is the price. The sign is a big triangle one with a bed.]”
She passed the first note to Negi, and began with the next one.
“[And this one with the circle is for the local general store. As you see, while our store has some general supplies, it is mostly dedicated to various novelties, items that the usually are not found in a general store. Mainly, our store is for travelers to pick up and drop off items.]”
She handed the second note to Negi.
“[Thank you for coming by. And if you need more to know, come back later.] And that should be it.”
She smiled to Negi. Lust, tired of having Gertank present, decided to cut in here and stepped out from behind the counter and made her way to the door.
“I'll show these two the way out, now, once the drinks are unloaded.”
“Alright then. It was pleasant doing business with you, sir.”
Beatrice drank the juice when Lust's back was to the her, pleased with the taste.
    Delicious.

Adolph and the gray figure continued to stare at on another, his query unanswered.

    ...”
    ...”
    ...”
    ...”
    ...”
    ...”
    ...”
    You are not real, wolf.”
At that one and only spoken statement, the figure launched at him, his arms morphing into jagged blades, the featureless, blank face forming and opening a mouth filled with long, sharp teeth. The blades ripped and tore through Adolph, the teeth sinking into his flesh.
With a violent start, Adolph was jolted out of his dream to a sitting position, gripping his body, almost able to feel where the mutilations were made across his body.

Only a dream? Gah, thank.... the unseen ones... well, already saw at least one of them. Guardian angel? Now I'm even more confused. And cold.
Adolph feverishly swung his legs over the bed and, alone in the room, shivering. He looked down, and saw that he was bandaged and stripped down to his under armor.
...They stripped me? I feel... violated. Where are my shorts?
He looked around, looking for his clothes, then saw them.
Oh, there. Ripped to shreds. At least the other clothes are still intact.
Reaching down the floor, he picked up his gray pants and slipped them on after removing the under armor that girded hi loins.
Much more comfortable. Too tired to really move around, though.
He moved himself back onto the bed, atop the deep-red sheets, shirtless. He felt his face, and noticed it did not feel sore.
Odd, healed rather quickly. Well, time to recover some more strength.

OOT: Sorry Matt, I'm gonna break off Diarmid from your characters so I can get things rolling on some ideas I've had for a while. If you want, they can catch up to him later on and we can do some proper introductions then.

Diarmid looked up at the swarm that seemed to be getting closer-- uncomfortably close now-- and decided that it was time for a strategic retreat. Unsure if they were even paying attention or not, he waved goodbye and wished them the best.
"I think that's my cue to find somewhere a little safer. You might want to find a better hiding place, too; that rock might not do the job and there's no sense in taking chances, right? Good luck!"
He carefully moved to a nearby building and from there, quickly darted towards the end of the street where he turned at the corner and disappeared from sight.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------

Terios thought over what Helen said and shrugged when she finished.
"You're the librarian, right? Have you heard any old myths or legends that sound like what you're going through?"
He suddenly turned his attention away, looking to the door as his ears perked up. Without waiting for a response, he walked up to the front door of the church and cracked it slightly, listening closely for anything he could hear outside. After a brief moment, he calmly but quickly turned back to Helen to explain.
"We need to get out of here. This building isn't safe, there's a lot of structural damage and small holes that they can fit through."
He was referring to the swarm of bugs outside. He could faintly hear them buzzing and if he could hear them, they were already far too close for his liking. He put his hand on the doorknob, ready to dash outside after giving a last bit of instruction to Helen.
"I'm heading to the Red Dragon Inn a few blocks down. That should be the best place to hide out until it's over. If you want to talk more, I'll meet you there."
In one quick motion, he ran out the door and closed it behind him, leaving Helen to find her own way to the inn if she decided to follow him.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------

"Oh, come on. You've got the bottles sitting right there in front of you, why not just pour a quick drink for an old friend?"
Diarmid complained to the middle-aged barkeeper behind the counter, who refused to serve him given the circumstances.
The barkeep shook his head, looking slightly annoyed.
"First of all, we haven't known each other that long. Second, how can you even think about drinks at a time like this? I think the swarm of killer bugs out there is a little more important!"
Diarmid grinned, directing his pointer finger at the man.
"Let me tell you something, friend. Very few things in this life are more important than that lovely first drink after a hard day's work. So the end of the world is going on outside. What else is new? Let's have a drink or two, you and me, and we'll wait until this whole thing blows over."

The barkeep rolled his eyes as he made his way to the windows on the front side of the inn.
"I'm gonna make sure the windows are boarded up well enough."
Diarmid let out a heavy sigh. As his eyes wandered around the inn, he noticed that someone was looking right at him from time to time through the crowded room. It was a man with short brown hair who looked to be in his early thirties, wearing a dark green cloak with the hood down. Diarmid raised an eyebrow.

"Do I know this guy from somewhere?"
"No. But your reputation among the Watch precedes you, Diarmid MacCallum."
Diarmid was taken aback when he heard a voice in his head answering his question. It took a few moments but he soon caught on, turning his gaze away from the man and "replying" in his head.
"A telepath, eh? Didn't think there were any in the area."

"I've only arrived just recently. If you would be so kind as to join us, many of our fellow Night Watch comrades are gathering for a meeting."
"It's about time, I say. The king might end up taking this city but he sure shouldn't get it without a fight."
"I believe that is something we can all agree on. Take the stairs, then stand in front of the last door on the right. Knock twice, wait, then knock four times before entering."

Diarmid gave a slight nod and without looking at the stranger, stood up from his seat and discreetly made his way upstairs.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------

Terios made his way inside the inn and sat down at a table on the far side of the room, away from most of the crowd. He took out the book he'd received from Helen and started flipping through the pages to see if he could find out what his next step should be. After he'd been studying for less than a minute, he heard an unfamiliar voice in his mind.
"You are Terios Eldon, are you not? Your fellow Watchmen speak highly of you."
"Ah, so you're with the Night Watch. Which part of the room are you in? I'll make sure not to look your way."
The man was pleasantly surprised at how quickly Terios caught on.
"Impressive. Perhaps you are quite the prodigy, after all."
    Terios sighed.
"Well...you aren't the first telepath I've talked to today. Long story."

OOT: I'm gonna leave it there for now so Helen can catch up if she's still gonna hang with Terios.

OOT: Night shift takes the piss right out of you.

Zillis, Had ran towards Brad's kneeling position and leaped directly off of his cupped hands, clutching onto the gunpowder he shielded every part of his body except for his hand. once he go into distance of the swarm they started to latch onto him although he was waiting for most of the swarm to come towards him, Slightly away from Ella at this point there was as many as he was going to fit. Zillis threw his hand out of the swarm just for brad to get a clear shot. "Now, Shoot!" without a moments hesitation Brad had sparked the explosion blowing Zillis' hand clean off. Though the explosion would have been small it was similar to that of a bomb going off. Zillis did his job in expansion. The explosion also caused fires to latch onto the crowd with the now heavy gusts fanning them it would create the opportunity for them all to escape.

As he was falling down from the sky he grabbed a hold of Ella's arm and twisted her to be on top of him. Coming down from the fall he slammed into the earth back first. Though he felt the pain he got back up, and started to walk. Oswald and Zoe were out of the house by this time and Oswald had thrown 2 molotovs into the swarm creating a bigger diversion. Zillis spoke. "Go ahead, I'll catch up. Just going to need a few moments." Now with his hand missing, and His back almost broken he slowly started to move from the Swarm. "I'll live don't worry about me. If worse comes to Worst, I'll fight my way out." He smiled at Ella giving her an assured look of his survival.

Oswald had made it to a clear area outside of the town and hid with Zoe. though his shoeprints in the dirt would give him away they were intended to be easy to read for Ella, Brad, and Zillis.

By this time, Ella and Brad had left without being noticed by the massive swarm. However, the plagues eyes were fixated on Zillis. He knew now whom was showing such power yet, his strength seemed limited in the face of his adversary. While he saw that Zillis was standing he created an arm and grabbed a hold of Zillis lifting him face to face with an unknown entity. Without saying a word he marked Zillis with the black death and would soon feel the effects of the plague.

"We may not be brothers by blood and family, but we are through gods and demons." Was his parting words as his rampage continued throughout the town.

Völlerei's colossal body fell from the sky, his knees bend to absorb most of the impact as the force alone caused the ground beneath him to cave into a deep crater. He sprung out of the crater and had removed his restraining mask in one quick motion, his jaw unhinging almost instantly as if it had been purely held up by the mask.
The tendrils sliding out of his mouth were slow, and deliberate. He knew his victim would have no feasible escape and he intended to savour every. section.
They seemed to have a mind of their own, flicking around in the air around Zillis before encircling him within a small circle, layering through one another to create a solid wall. More spewed out of the creature's mouth, adding to the thickening of the wall as it all slowly begin to move in. As it got closer, multiple tendrils - much larger than the rest - began to thrust out, aiming to impale the remaining hand and legs as well as encapsulate his waist.

Omnes watched as Amala left the room. "What an irksome woman." he said as soon as she was out of earshot.
The King's gaze didn't the parchments before him or the notes he was writing. "She fulfills her duties aimiably with uncommon fervour." He looked over to where the doctor was sat, his emerald eyes locking the man with a cold glare. "As you should be."

"My Lord," Omnes began, "I cannot continue my research without the samples he is collecting."
This time, the King's face contorted with anger, he stood up with such violence that some of the contents of the table feel to the ground.
"Then take some men and search for samples yourself! I will not stand for more delays, do you understand, doctor?"
Omnes recoiled in his chair. While his body was built to withstand more punishment than most, he doubted even he would stand much of a chance against the King's wrath.

Composing himself for a moment, the doctor met the King's eyes. "As you wish, Your Highness. I shall make preparations to leave at once."
He stood up from his seat and made his way out of the room.
The King closed his eyes and took several deep breathes before opening them again. He reached down to the floor and picked up several sheets of neat, albeit hastily written text, before turning to Victoria and holding them out to her.
"Take these to the information centre without dela..." The King cut off his own train of thought. "No. First, I want you to check up on the Grand Mechanist in the ballroom and report back to me with his progress. Then take this to the information centre. Understood?"

The man sat at the table that functioned as the general's desk waved his hand dismissively to the officers in the tent. "You're dismissed, gentlemen."
The officers left, with the general shooting a glance towards Cecil that said don't say or do anything stupid if you know what's good for you.
The man's appearance was, in a word, odd. It was rare to see anyone wearing any kind of armour nowadays, but this man was dressed in platemail of deep crimson that if you stared at it for too long you would swear it moved. His eyes matched the armour in colour and were ofset by how sickly pale their owner was.
"Cecil Valence! A pleasure to finally meet you." He spoke in a jovial and warm, not really expected of man with his attire and complexion. "Please do sit down. I want to ask you a few questions."

The Deity of Alcohol smirked as he saw her drink it, quickly unloading a plethora of bottles full to the brim with the same purple liquid. "Well. I guess that's my queue to leave." As Lust went past him, he turned to Beatrice and winked, "See you around, niece." With that, his body seemed to explode into a purple mist, leaving the air smelling faintly like freshly squeezed grapes.

Ella gave him a concerned look
    "Take care of yourself"
she gave him a nod and started running in the direction she saw Oswald and Zoe went

Ella noticed the shoeprints in the dirt which led in the same direction she was following. She knew they had to be Oswalds. She had hoped to catch up to them soon, she started shouting for them hoping maybe they would stop upon hearing her
    "OSWALD!!!.....ZOE!!! WHERE ARE YOU!!"

Victoria hurried over to the king and had her hand on the papers while listening to her instructions. She had started to bow but paused mid bow to look up at him when he paused. She stood right up as he changed her instructions.
"So you want me to check up on the grand mechanist and then report back to you before taking these to the information center, your majesty ?"
She looked down at the papers
"Shall I leave these here and retrieve them, once I return with my report?"

Neji took care in reading the instructions given to him by the girl known as Beatrice and spoke to her before he left the store.
"[You and I will need to speak later. I will return.]"
For any who would have been watching or taking care to pay attention, they would have noticed that he had gotten very serious. As if there was something very important being spoken. Without further comment, Neji promptly strode out the door barely noticing the exploding, grape-smelling, god.

He first made his way to the Inn where Beatrice had told him he could get lodging for the night. He understood the value of currency in the way she had written it, but he was uncertain how many nights, if any nights, would be paid for with his Imperial Gold coins. He decided that he would pay the man one of his coins to start and see where it got him.

He walked down from the General Store till he saw the sign she had told him about and opened the door, hearing a soft ring from the door bell. The man behind the counter lifted his head to see who had come in and immediately welcomed him in his language.
"Good morning sir, how may I..."
Neji cut him off before he could say anymore and motioned to his own throat making a gesture as if he couldn't speak and made a similar gesture as if he couldn't hear very well.
The man changed gears quickly and replied back and bowed slightly.
    "My apologies good sir."
Neji simply walked up to the counter and placed one of his Gold Coins on the counter. Gold was all he had but he was uncertain what it would get him. The man took a look at the coin, examined it, tested it for it's quality, then promptly held up 6 fingers indicating that that was how many days Neji would get. Neji nodded and put away his gold. The man then motioned for Neji to follow him.

When they arrived at the room the man gave Neji a key and then left. Neji knew a little about keys and knew how to use one. He opened the door and looked at the furnishings. He was pleasantly surprised to see that it had everything he needed. Even a manikin for him to place his armor to maintain it. He placed his large pack down and began to get started on becoming 'settled' since he believed he would end up being here for some time.

OOT: Im going to start coloring speech so It's easier to spot.

“Sheesh! What was that!? And what does he mean 'niece'!?”
Beatrice gave a jump when Gertrank exploded into a scented, purple mist. Once Beatrice was done conducting business with Negi, Lust locked the door after him, making sure the 'closed' sign was visible. In response to Beatrice's surprise, she made an explanation.
“That is just the way some people can travel. Lunara has her own way with the tunnel, while this guy has that... explosion. And as for the 'niece' part, that might have been a joke. I wouldn't worry about it if I were you.”
    Beatrice sighed.
“Thanks for the help. Well, I'm going to head up to Adolf. Got his hand fixed.”
She gave the limp mechanical hand wave at Lust, the gold-tinted silver casing glinting in the light as it rattled before it stopped. Once it stopped moving, the fingers dropped to a rested position, save the digitus impudicus (that's the middle finger, dumbutts), which rested in an upright position. Lust squinted her eyes at the disembodied gesture Beatrice remained oblivious to.
    “...I noticed.”
Beatrice left the store half, made her way up the stairs and entered into Adolph's room to find him resting face-up on the bed, a chair nearby. Sitting down on the chair beside the bed, she spoke to him.
    “Adolf, are you awake?”
Adolph turned his head to her, staring at her for a moment before responding.
“That is a silly question to ask.”
Beatrice laughed at his question before presenting the fixed prosthetic hand and brace to him.
“It is, I guess. I had your hand fixed. By the way, the watchmaker in the western part of town who repaired your hand wanted to meet you. He is fixing your broken parts anyway.”
Adolph started upon seeing his mechanical hand, the black glove removed and exposing the holy and demonic symbols. Sitting up, he quickly took the hand and brace from her.
“I... didn't want those to be seen.”
    “Sorry about that.”
After grabbing his brace, he singlehandedly put it on with, with some difficulty, using his right hand and teeth in tandem to secure it..
“It was inevitable. You did get it fixed, so that should make up for it,” Adolph sighed. “It was unnecessary of me to try hiding it.”
“Why do you feel that way?”
Clicking and latching the hand onto the brace onto the end of the brace, he flexed his hand, finger by finger. Next, he spread his fingers, extending short, curved blades that acted as claws. To finish the testing, he gave his hand a rapid 360 degree twist, an act impossible for the human structure to perform.
    “Just things I think about.”
“But do these things bother you?”
She drew close to him, holding his normal hand in her own. Adolph was used to Beatrice's touch, but somehow something was different this time.
    “It's... just...”
“Don't worry, you can tell me. We are friends.”
Moving from the chair to the bed, she began to lean onto him, advancing one of her hands to his left shoulder.
    Close friends.”
Her face close to his, he saw that her face was blushed, her mouth open, slightly.
How is she forcing this out of me?
“I... wonder about... the point of my existence. It is never enough, trying to find a reason. Every... worldly reason is shallow and meaningless. Every spiritual reason is unproven... and looked down upon. Why the Hel-”
Beatrice pressed him down onto the bed, his sentence cutoff by her lips as they pressed against his. Adolph grew is pulse heightened by the escalating situation. After half a minute, she pulled back from him.
“Perhaps I can help you find a reason, one for both of us... Adolf.”
“I know you can get affectionate, but somehow, this scares me. What's going on? You are acting strange. Stranger than usual.”
Something must have happened to her. Did she drink too much?
Already straddling Adolph, Beatrice sat up and reached behind herself, unbuttoning her dress and allowing the top to drop down, laughing at his words. At this, Adolph knew for certain something was wrong.
“What's so strange about a woman wanting to **** the man he loves? You might be a minor, but there's no harm in reaching manhood early when you are only one year away from being an adult.”
An audible pop was heard as elastic straps came lose, causing her brassiere grow limp and begin to slip off. Adolph quickly turned away, preventing himself from seeing her exposed body.
“Hold up, I am in no hurry to grow up!”
“Well, I am! Now be a man and take it!”
“Nien! I do not give my consent!”
Adolph tried to push the aggressive woman off, but she pushed back. He tried to squirm out from beneath Beatrice, but with inhuman strength, she pinned him down with one hand while doing something with the other. A tug at his pants gave away her other hand's position.
How can she do that!? She can't be stronger than me! No, demigoddess strength!?

Lunara giggled as she watched Beatrice in action, "You go girl!" She had silently been sitting to the side of the room, micro-managing travel disasters for random mortals.
