DTR Calendar Month Allocation

I'm very pleased to announce that the rainmeter skin is fully functional and is working without a hitch.

The scale option is not in the main INI file making it less cumbersome for users to edit. On that note, when the user has their mouse over the calendar, the scale image will appear in the top left corner and when clicked will open the scale INI file with helpful instructions. The note section also separate and opens when clicked on for easy editing. @Joshier , all I need are the day images and I can package this up, upload to my DA page, and make the thread.

 

Awesome! I am currently waiting for people to send me the last few weeks. Whatever weeks I don't have by Sunday I will add to my pile and have them done as soon as possible (It seems a few people volunteered for weeks and just never did them) It is likely we may hit the beginning of January though I am working on getting it done by 31st atm so that we can have the Calendar available for January 1st or some time near to that.

Sorry about the delay guys, still waiting on a few weeks to be finished and sent to me. The calendar will be available as soon as it is ready.

 

I'm fine with that. I have all the folders ready to fill with images. May I suggest though, maybe next year have a dead line to help prevent this from reoccurring?

 

Annoyingly we had a deadline for this year, lol, but due to people not being on or unexpected things coming up some weeks got forgotten about or took longer to do. Next year we will probably do a picture per week instead of a picture per day however which will make it a lot easier to do.

Okay guys, this is the current state of the Calendar; I have just gone through and check all the files one by one and seem to be missing more than I first thought. A couple of the weeks were marked as done on my end but were not in there so not sure if I just forgot to add the files or mis-marked them. Basically this means the delay is bigger than I thought. It seems a lot more people also failed to do the weeks than I thought. It comes down to these weeks are not in my folder (May be done and not sent to me though)

Feb 17th - Feb 23rd : Glasses (I'm sure this one was done and I just have lost the files for it)

First off, I am devastated that my lack of organisation failed to notice so many weeks being forgotten about or left undone. The ones marked with "I assume is done" belong to Kiri. Glasses I am sure I got but seems to have disappeared, not sure why though. If I am correct (including in what I assumed is done and I just don't have it, their are 26 weeks left undone still. I have been working through and completely weeks one by one but didn't realise the extent was so bad. So the choices we appear to have left are to either try and complete the following weeks or do what I hate to do and pick out pictures that I have already got and make the calendar one picture per week... If possible I want to avoid the second option however the circumstances don't look encouraging and sadly I haven't had the time I wanted to go through and finish everything.

 

hmmmm that much of pictures to be done huh... yeah i really much avoid the second option as much too so you are not alone. turned out that we lacked the amount of volunteers for each week.

ill try to convince a friend of mine if he wants to do a voluntary work for some of the weeks.

 

@Joshier, yes my weeks are done. I thought it would be a bit redundant to send them to you, just to have you send them back to me. The next few nights will be busy for me, but I might be able to get a few done myself this Friday as I won't have school.

Yeah sorry about the lack of updates, been doing what I can for the calendar in my free time but it seems it is not viable to finish it at this point. I will go through the pictures we have currently and select 52 that fit each theme. Didn't want to resort to that but not much choice.

Guess I'll need to made a few small changes to the INI file then.

Had everyone who originally volunteered for a week completed it, would have been done :/

Almost all the remaining weeks were picked up and never done even after I tried chasing up after them

@Sporadic People were told what the plan was, that shouldn't have been a reason otherwise. Besides not much point going over this now anyway, what is done is done.

 

This was not like before I completely forgot about everything here... Sorry about that.
