Discotek Media announced on Thursday that it has licensed the Beast Fighter - The Apocalypse (Majū Sensen THE APOCALYPSE) andEternal Alice (Kagihime Monogatari - Eikyuu Alice Rondo) television anime. Both will get English-subtitled DVD releases on August 28, 2018.

Discotek describes Beast Fighter - The Apocalypse:

In post-apocalyptic Tokyo, Shinichi is on a mission of vengeance against his mad scientist father, Dr. Kuruma, who is responsible for the deaths of his own wife and Shinichi's girlfriend. Meanwhile, Kuruma is busy creating genetically altered New Humans, people with the forms and abilities of beasts, all the better to survive in this harsh new world and re-populate it once God is reawakened. But his own son may be his greatest creation. Cruel but brilliant experimentation has left Shinichi was merged with his unusual childhood pets, a lion, bear, and eagle. He can use their abilities, as well as physically manifest their body parts, a skill set that comes in handy when facing off against fellow New Human hybrids like dinosaur people, a psychokinetic dictator, and multiple clones of God. But perhaps the most dangerous New Human of all is Shinichi himself, for if he gives in to his demonic beast impulses, he just may trigger Armageddon...

The 13-episode television anime from 2003 was a remake of the 1989 OVA Majū Sensen, which was itself an adaptation of Ken Ishikawa's 1970's manga series of the same name.

    Discotek describes Eternal Alice:

Average high school student Aruto Kirihara is obsessed with the Alice stories, written in this alternate world by the enigmatic recluse, Alternite L. Tachyon. One night, while writing his own version of a potential “third book,” he sees a girl flying in front of a full moon... and she looks just like the “Alice” in his imagination. Aruto runs out of his house and chases the flying figure from the ground, ending up at a library, where he witnesses her in combat with another costumed girl. And so begins his sudden introduction to the world of Alices, an elite club of super-powered teenage girls who regularly fight in an extra-dimensional Wonderland in order to steal each other's “hidden stories.” When all of the stories have been gathered, they will form the legendary third volume, “Eternal Alice,” and the possessor will be granted one wish. It probably won't be Aruto, who can't turn into a magical girl. But it could be his doting little sister, Kiraha. Or maybe the girl of his dreams, Arisu...

The 13-episode anime premiered in 2006 as an adaptation of Kaishaku's Key Princess Story: Eternal Alice Rondo manga. DrMaster published the original manga in English.
