I didn’t get creeped out, I got FREAKED out and nearly had a panic attack!! Stupid minute boy…

1. I was sparing your "reputation" by saying creeped out rather than freaked out.
2. You do know what else could be meant by saying that, don't you? For the clarification of everyone else, she's calling me "minute boy" because of how I was complaining about how a minute of my time was wasted with that google search.

 

Backstory: She was looking for a Totoro avi, and got creeped out by the “evil Totoro” pics. She asked me to find one for her, I found one that had both Totoro and One Piece. She didn’t use it. That minute of google searching gone to waste.

well, i know there are women here, and i can usally spot them out. so i dont really need these rules, they are more of a joke than anything, but im sure you knew that. the only reason i put all 5 of those rules in there was becasue i felt they kind of went hand-in-hand with each other. i agree with red, but, to a point i do like to know the gender of who im talking to for contextual and proper manner reasons. it also allows me to know a person better and connect with them as a friendship when something as insignificant as "what gender am i" is no longer a mystery.

I think I mentally labeled you as a guy too (though kind of hideyoshi). Funny how that happens. Though as Red said, gender doesn't really matter, but I wouldn't want to be referred to as "she" just because people assume that I am (which I'm not). Similarly I wouldn't want to refer to a girl as "he" if they have declared themselves as female. And my default is to call people "he" just because saying "it" doesn't feel right and typing out the person's username all the time is tedious

And @Meta I believe the word you're looking for is "they" rather than "it". (Though using too many theys in a sentence does get a tad confusing...)
