Haven't watched either anime. I know a bit about Gintama but more info on both nominees would be appreciated.

I missed a round with my nominees but I've been really sick (still am) and Kaoru and Hikaru aren't characters I find really brotherly... More just comedic.

And before you ask, why vote for them then? Well, across many games, I've noticed that whoever I vote for never wins in the end (well, except Takeo and Rinko, but that was one time). So I am using this to my advantage for once to bring that no-good traitor down.

Leorio's goal in the Hunter x Hunter series is to become a doctor because he could not save his friend Pietro's life when he was ill (this happened before the series began). That's good enough of a friendship for me to vote on them. And Leorio is the only character i know from these 4.

Tatsumi sees Bulat as a mentor and older brother, calling him "aniki". Soon after their first meeting, the two soon become very close and although Tatsumi did not agree with Bulat's attractions they form a strong brotherly bond. When Bulat is later killed by Liver, Tatsumi is devastated and trains hard every day to live up to Bulat's expectations and master the Teigu entrusted to him. Bulat's teachings have made a significant and permanent impact on Tatsumi as an assassin, physically and emotionally. Thanks to Bulat's teachings, Tatsumi is now better able to control his emotions regardless the situation, shown when he was captured by Esdeath and had to remain calm in order to keep his identity a secret.
