Breaking Bad Movie: First Teaser Online

Surprise! Clearly aiming to steal a little of Disney's thunder on this busy D23 weekend, Netflix picked late Saturday to launch the first teaser for the much-mooted Breaking Bad movie, which we now know is called El Camino.



While the teaser focuses on Charles Baker's Skinny Pete, all we know for real about the plot is the official synopsis, which picks up the story of Aaron Paul's Jesse Pinkman in the days after the show's story ends: "In the wake of his dramatic escape from captivity, Jesse must come to terms with his past in order to forge some kind of future." Perhaps he'll find gainful employment working for a mustachioed boss in an Omaha Cinnabon.

Yes, after little solid word that it was actually shooting, the film itself º written and directed by show creator Vince Gilligan, already has a release date via Netflix, as it's due on 11 October.
