This requires supported hardware (a Smart Television with Wireless and/or Ethernet connectivity capable of receiving network traffic) as well as supported software (Windows 10, some versions of Android, or certain android apps that cast directly from the app to a supported TV). This isn't something that is possible for us to do on our end and we don't have any developers experienced enough to explore creating an app that might be capable of doing this, or at least make it look like it's doing it.

The only other alternative is if your Smart TV has a built in web browser that supports Flash and/or HTML5 players as the video hosts we use require your device to support it. However, we will not officially support using the site in this manner as Smart TVs do not have any standards for web browsing and is entirely manufacturer dependent. Video hosts also do not have a specific standard and may not even support casting to a Television using their video players.

That depends on the third party video service. JustDubs staff doesn't have any control over third-party video service that is embedded on this site. Heck, I could add a cast feature on my mp4cloud service too if I wanted to but it required money to do so. Not many independent third-party video service will include cast option. This cut cost-effective to host video server rather than adding a new feature to the player. If this site were to use a popular video site such as YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo, Dailymotion and many more that support cast option then that can be achieved. For now, this site solely relies on independent third-party video service that doesn't apply DMCA compared to popular video service can most likely get taken down quickly.
