well since the Yuno ban is still on guess will have to nom 9th(forgot her name) once 2nd noms come. Thing is she actually kills more people than yuno, seeing as she is a terrorist and blew up Yukitru's and Yuno's school

 

I don't remember if it's only anime so I guess my question is. Is it just anime or can we nominate manga/manhwa characters as well?

 

there were times that game characters were nominated so i guess its alright to nom from manga since they are like connected. i dont know about manwa though.

That is true Yuno is scarier due to her yandere ness but terrorist girl may actually be more blood thirsty. The reason I'm still not sure if yuno should be unbanned is her sheer popularity will push her forward anyway. Not to mention didn't Yuno already win Yandere month? She doesn't need to win two different months. So I say leave Yuno banned and let terrorist girl go up against the rest and see how she fairs.

It's not just anime, manga/manhwa or even video games are okay. Although if you do videogames they should at least be japanese type ones like FF or KH. This isn't exactly a rule as far as I know but this is an anime forum so at least have it connected to anime, manga, japanese games.

No 2nd are not open. However on the grounds that 9th getting 9th place is just too perfect I propose we let it go just this once. No one else can second nom before Maddy says so and when second noms do open you obviously can't nom a third. But since second noms will open up eventually anway there isn't much hard in letting one or two people get a second vote early.

Especially when it's just so perfect.


BTW could someone please nominate Fear at least? When second noms open I would like to nominate Kurumi but when Fear snaps she is freaking nuts
