    I'm torn between making a decision. Rize is a Ghoul who has to feast on human flesh, but she is a glutton in doing so which makes her quite savage.

    On the other hand you have Yuno who would kill anyone a million times over just so she could be with the one she loved.

    After much deliberation I'm casting my vote for Rize. Yuno wasn't seeking to murder people, but seeking out her love and through said process eliminate anyone who go in the way. If not for the game she likely wouldn't have resorted to such a extreme measure. At least that's how I view it. Rize though was a predator preying upon humans and knew what the consequences of her actions would mean and that didn't stop her or deter her in any fashion.

    This one was a tough one since Rize was not that much in the anime but she definitely was more blood thirsty than Yuno....

    I liked Freed as a bad guy, in the first series that is. By the third season I had already stopped enjoying the entire show, regardless of the character I didn't like anyone anymore. So I don't remember him doing anything after the first season where he was a bit villain.
    Baccano on the other hand keeps Claire as a hidden secret, nominating him is kind of a spoiler since we go more than half the show without knowing who he is. Deadly assassin with a god complex that believes if he were to die the world would, he is seemingly superhuman due to his training and likes to inflict horrible damage onto targets.
