    In my heart I know Alucard is the most bloodthirsty here but, Baccano bloodlust final sounds interesting. Lad likes to kill indiscriminately too, and his favourite kind of person to kill are the ones who are so damn sure that they aren't going to get killed. Plus white makes the blood look that much more vibrant.

    Vino is just flat out better. Rize was just killed and then put into that one guys body. And I just disliked Tokyo ghoul. My bias is baccano.
