Attack on Titan Season 2 Blu-ray/DVDs to Include VR Anime

    Online retailer Amazon is listing first printings of the first Blu-ray Disc and DVD for the second season of Attack on Titan with "VR movie" and specially designed VR goggles. The movie is titled "Shingeki no Kyojin-ten 360° Taikan Theater 'Hoeru'" (Attack on Titan Exhibition 360-degree: Experience Theater "Roar").

    The second Blu-ray Disc and DVD will also include a new VR anime.

    Amazon lists that the first volume for June 21 and the second for August 18. Both sets will also include a full-color booklet and a priority access to ticket sales for an October 29 event at Tokyo Dome.

    The second series will premiere in Japan on 21 networks, including Tokyo MX and MBS, on April 1. Funimation will also begin streaming a simulcast version on the same day. Funimation announced in December that it licensed the second anime season.​
