Just to be clear I don’t consider Avatar to be anime technically but since it did draw on the anime style and since non animne characters have been noms in the past he should still count or at least I think he does. At first I was going to nominate Luffy but someone nominated Brook and I like to avoid two noms from one series if I can.

Man again my first idea was kinda no good due to another entry on the list. Now I'm a bit torn on who to pick

Team Rocket (Only possible if the whole group thing counts because they aren't the same unless they are together)

Tamaki- Ouran host club- He's a fairly good fool type character and eccentric.

Ayumu -Is this a Zombie- Him in that magical girl outfit is enough to make him a candidate alone.

Flonne- Disgaea- Good old Lovable flonne

Zatch-Zatch Bell- Kinda your childlike innocent idiot but even the other characters his own age call him an idiot.

Yeah don't nom Isaac and Mira together since they already won last month. Isaac by himself is fine since this would be his change to win something on his own but sending both of them again is just too much.

I had a love/hate for it. I loved Issac and Miria and the plot was good but I hated the way they told the story.
