    Remembering a scene from Azumanga... Chiyo-chan was in a scavenger hunt race thing in the sports festival, and the card said "idiot", so she grabbed Tomo and then destroyed the card when she was asked what it was. Proof of foolness right there. ;)

    I'm going to have to go with Tomo. I think that on thick headed moron scale Ichika is early dumber than Tomo but I don't think the better "fool" is simply the one with lower IQ. It's the one who's also more of the slow. The one that makes you laugh or the one that entertains. Ichika doesn't entertain he just doesn't get the fact that he has a harem of girls who want him and all their advances bounce off him like a superball against a brick wall. So he's not a fool he's just a poorly written character.
