Alice Soft's Rance 01 Gets Anime by Studio Seven

    Adult game company Alice Soft's Rance 01 game has an anime adaptation in the works. Strange+ director Takashi Nishikawa will direct the anime at the studio Seven. Producer Taku Horie announced that staff members are being recruited for the adult anime project.

    Alice Soft released the Rance 01 adult role-playing game on September 27, 2013. The game is a full remake of its 1989 predecessor, Rance. The original game inspired multiple sequels and spinoffs, as well as an earlier Rance: Sabaku no Guardian adult anime project.
