Also here is why mikoto is a tsun

Misaka starts out very cold in ACMI, by shooting her railgun at touma, and then proceeding to try and hit him with lighting for no other reason than he annoyed her.
In ACSR, Ruiko Saten comments on how mikoto will be this stuck up “super star” and won’t care about hanging out with some level zeros. However when a city tour bus with children gets caught up in a robbery and saten tries to save one of the kids, misaka
becomes angry that the robber hurt one of her new friends, and from then on she starts to warm up to saten

She doesn’t start to warm up in ACIM, until the Sisters arc in which after doing a little digging touma confronts mikoto about the sister. She then shows her softer side by saying that the sister are in this mess because of her a she is going to fix it by sacrificing herself so the rest of the sister won’t be killed. Touma of course doesn’t let her and saves both her and the sisters starting her “generic tsundere” path: Being embrassed when thought to be touma’s girlfriend, The indirect kiss because they mixed up hotdogs, etc.

Now here is where mikoto truly becomes different than MOST tsuns. She gets out of the “it’s not like i like you or anything” part and truly opens up, After a while she starts to notice that touma is near constantly in and out of the hospital or having to leave academy city for some reason. She finds out that touma is actually in a lot of near death battles and becomes worried. she even confess her concern/feeling to touma after he is hurt incredibly bad. However because of the injures from that battle he doesn’t fully remember her confession. But she has actually stated her feelings rather than trying to hide or even flat out deny those feelings. Now the big one, once WW3 start touma goes off to stop it, mikoto worried eventually follows to the battle. As he beats fiamma and his magic base starts to head back down to crashes into the earth mikoto tries to get touma of the base. But touma staying saying he has something left to do. Mikoto is forced to leave watches as the base crashes into the ocean thanks to touma effort but touma is never seen leaving. At this point mikoto mourns touma and is left hopeless, until it is discovered he was barely saved.

At this point we start into the New Testament point of the novels. Mikoto fearing that next time touma may not come back decides that where he is going she will be right next to him and help him. She takes on a Saint, the magical equivalent of and arcensel of ICBMs, or in academy city terms equal to that of the 1st four level 5s, Accelerator, Dark Matter, Railgun, and Meltdowner. She fights a dragon that constantly regenerates all while having little to no understanding of magic. She even teams up with and saves Index, her love rival.

Also something new i found while re-reading and researching. Mikoto became worried when she discovered that the Sister also seem to share her same feelings towards touma. Adding to her long list rivals but it doesn’t worry her like most tsuns.

Another thing i forget she got herself and touma matching rings that change color via bio-electricity (Mikoto’s esper power)

OH MY GOD Chidori won?!?! I love you guys. You guys, you don't even know man. I'm like so freaking



right now. Chidori has far surpassed by expectations at this point. It almost makes me want to forgive what you did to Rin. But unfortunately I never forget.
