21 Dare

We still seem to have the same problem as before; people are a bit hesitant to accept 21, and even when they do, other people don't know what to give them...

See guys? People are hesitant with giving dares too. Why exactly is that??

Perhaps for this one... a forced watching is in order, seeing as I haven't seen that sort of dare come up in a long time.
@Delta I dare you to watch 72 mins (aka 3 eps) of the first anime that someone on this thread says you have to watch. They can either be gracious and give an amazing anime, or be cruel and give a horrible/disgusting anime. One of my friends told me that after two eps of Kämpfer, he felt like vomiting. XD
