21 Bridges: Chadwick Boseman Stars In Russo Brothers Thriller – Watch The Trailer
Has anyone in Hollywood been busier in the last few years than the Russo brothers? Post-MCU, the directors of Avengers: Endgame, Avengers: Infinity War, Captain America: Civil War and Captain America: The Winter Soldier are ploughing their efforts into new production studio AGBO – and now on the day that Endgame hits the big screen, the trailer has arrived for a thriller produced by the duo and starring none other than Chadwick Boseman. The film’s titled 21 Bridges, and stars Boseman as a man following the moral code instilled on him by his deceased father – and that man’s name is T’Chall- no wait, this isn’t a follow-up to Black Panther. Watch the trailer here:

That title refers to the 21 bridges that connect the island of Manhattan to the rest of the American east coast – exits which Boseman’s cop Andre Davis demands to be closed in order to stop a cop-killing gang (Taylor Kitsch and Stephan James among them) from skipping town. He’s the son of a murdered cop, who's grown into a man with a reputation as “the cop who kills cop-killers”. The film is the feature debut of director Brian Kirk, who’s previously helmed episodes of Game Of Thrones, Luther, and Boardwalk Empire.

21 Bridges isn’t the only AGBO film which will reunite Joe and Anthony Russo with an Avenger – Chris Hemsworth is starring in the upcoming Dhaka, which was written by Joe Russo, while Tom Holland is set to star in the Russos’ adaptation of Nico Walker novel Cherry. In the meantime, you can catch the filmmakers in full blockbuster mode in Endgame, which is out right now for UK audiences.
