I wasn't sure I had seen that. Until the Ka Ka Ka came in. Its alright but with the actual vocals of the song coming in over the top I think that ruins it a little.
That is why the talking only Courage to tell a lie is better. That and Hachikuji

How far did you get in Monogatari btw?

No idea. As far as I did all those years ago and I haven't looked at it since. I don't know what I haven't seen yet besides Kizu and Koyomi

Kizu was actually so good though. Massive animation quality. Lots of Kawa.
Koyomi was shorts set at various points throughout the series, with at least one Hachikuji.

What was the last one we were discussing? Monogatari SS or something? That was the last instalment I watched, at least as far as release order was concerned.
Heard good things about Kizu but no motivation.
Shorts got my attention but I heard they were essentially recaps and didn't care anymore.
Honestly I never liked Tsuki's main character so I didn't bother with that

So you're telling me it was a shaft animated short series about stuff I hadn't seen? Why did no one tell me this earlier? I know I read somewhere that it was suspected to be recaps so I didn't check it.
Also interesting to note that while I hate the Tsuki character, I love her VA.

Because people dislike it in general I think? I've heard a lot of people skip it even though it has actual plot relevance.
Yeah, Saori Hayami has a nice voice. Although I tend to get her confused with the VA of Sheele from Akame. XD

I guess a show focussing on a male character in a series about waifu isn't going to be a big hit. It being a short was most of the reason I was going to watch it. Plus headtilts hopefully.
I don't even remember Sheele's VA, although I do remember her being exactly who the author wanted her to be. Meanwhile Saori Hayami has become one of the only female VA's I can recognise. Great voice.

Well, each ep had at least one of the girls. I think it was actually the last season I watched before watching Kizu, and I haven't seen any more since.
She sounds very similar to Saori, and voiced best girl from ReZero. That's fair though, it's a distinct nice voice. Kay and I watched an ep of Saihate no Paladin, and I was sitting there like "Why is the mummy's voice so familiar?" and it turned out to be Hocchan. XD

I was more interested when I thought Araragi was the absolute main focus. I dislike at least half of the girls.
I never did watch Saihate no Paladin, was it any good? I know the name Hocchan but I can't picture any roles. I'm much more aware of male VAs.

Nope, dropped after one episode. Nothing happened and all the lines were too perfectly worded so didn't sound like real conversations. According to a friend who watched it all, it picked up in the very last episode...

Boring girls are worth putting up with for some shaft head tilts. So shorts are the best option for more of that goodness if I need.
That isn't very good then. I thought people said it had potential but now I see the average scores all suck for it. Shame. I tend to like shows with family vibes. Although monster family vibes....

I completely agree with that. I've been enjoying his videos much less since he joined trash taste. I've skipped a few completely.
Hmm currently I don't remember Hanekawa much. I only remember her line of "I don't know everything"

You hated her. Called her a know-it-all and then liked the character that literally knew-it-all.

I've only seen the ones that featured Calli the entire way through. Otherwise I've only seen clips said to be entertaining but founf them to be boring.
I remember not liking Hanekawa just fine. But I don't remember much else about her. Which character was the know it all I liked? I only liked Hachikuji and Araragi and neither of them knew much of anything.

I think I intend to do the same. I don't even really care for her as Calli, I just like her for Demondice. XD
Izuko Gaen, Kanbaru's aunt I think. She was mean to Hanekawa in Tsubasa Tiger.

Her songs are good regardless of what you call her. Seeing her jump around in an anime avatar is fun though. She had a live concert in Japan and got a hip hop style street outfit to run around in. Seems she had a lot of fun.

I like her voice 'cause it's sassy. Kay calls it "a voice you want to punch" XD I feel like I want to attend a concert of hers at some point.

That certainly is one way to describe her voice. She can certainly be entertaining. Doubt you heard but she released 4 songs with a voice changer for April fools I believe it was. Gave herself a male persona and went by the name of C-man. They weren't great, but as a shitpost they were different. A concert would be nice. Almost tempted to get a CD, almost...
