    I didn't know that, and now that I do, I'm even more intrigued for the new Berserk version coming out later. I just hope it is animated well with all the bloody scenes included.

    Hopefully it does focus more on him being the black swordsman and not the friendship with Griffith. Don't get me wrong, the first berserk anime is my number #1 of all time. But we need to move forward
