    Translated ones are pretty rare & usually just Nukiges. Nitro+Chiral titles are good from what I've read so far, but only 2 have full patches

    Togainu no Chi http://vndb.org/v434 was one I enjoyed.

    DRAMAtical Murder http://vndb.org/v5916 is the other I've only just started it so can't say much, it's good so far though.

    Yaoi Forever are translating other Chiral titles if you enjoy those 2.
