As the title says. First game I beat was The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time. A friend had given me his copy of the game because the character I used in Super Smash Bros. was Link and I had never played, let alone heard of, The Legend of Zelda. Beat it in about 3 months though the glitches scared the crap out of me. Even after I beat it I kept re-playing it till I finally got bored of it. Last time I played it I beat it in under 3 hours without dying. Yeah I played it that much as a kid xD

It's been so long that I can hardly remember. When I was really young I hardly beat any games because I just kinda sucked at them. =P I think the first for me was also Ocarina of Time. But I'm not positive. OoT definitely remains my favorite game of all time, though. :3

First game I ever beat was Pokemon Red version for the Gameboy Color. I literally had no idea what I was doing, and all I did was use my starter to beat mostly everyone. I think I first beat the game when I was four, and ever since then I've been a huge Pokemon fan. It's proof that true fandom starts young. ^_^

I must be old if I remember my early games from the NES era. Considering that I played Kirby's Adventure so many times (not even you Super Mario 3) that game was probably my first completion.

    Sweet nostalgia right now

    I think it might've been...

Since it was the only game I had for the NES that wasn't so impossibly difficult that my 3-year-old self could actually complete it.

Oh that reminds me of one of Square's earliest attempts at video games. Before even Final Fantasy they made another game. I forgot the name and I'm too lazy to google search but it was a kind of screen crawling shoot em up with four characters, the knight, the wizard, the...uh...green lizard thing?, and the thief.

I never beat it and it was terrible. :)

There's older games my dad coasted me through, but I won't count those.

If you want real old then the educational learning games from the family computer. When I think back on them... they weren't all that bad actually :)

I had a whole variety of them.

Oh yeah I remember that game, well the first one anyway. Flying around in that little ship in some kind of first person shooter action, blowing up other ships with lasers and rockets and navigating mazes. Good old times.
