Well I am not reading that much at the moment but the series I am reading at the moment are.

The Kane Chronicles by James Patterson. I am on book 2 well not started yet.

The Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare. I am on book 3 which I have started.

The Icewind Dale Trilogy by R.A. Salvatore. I am only about 5 chapters into book one.

Wizards of EarthSea by Ursula K. Le Guin I am almost done with this book I just don't know the name of the series.

Great choice never read any personally I think but he is one of the greats from a writer and a reader stand point so you can't go wrong. I am going to read one of his works when I am done with Earthsea.

I like science as well. Others may find them boring, but I don't.

I never could get into Patterson's novels. There not bad though.

Anyway I always like reading fantasy novels. My favorite series so far is the Wheel of Time by Robert Jordan. Spanning 13 books (the last few written from promising author Brandon Sanderson due to death) the world is rich with all kinds of cultures and people. I really need to get around and read the last book for the finale.

It's simply called the "EarthSea" series. There are six total, and one of them contain multiple stories. Also, I like your choice in books. ^_^

I love to read all kinds of book. I mainly stay within the Young Adults section though, because that's where I find the most adventure.. I mean Children's books too. I do like Action, Romance, a touch of Comedy and Drama (because stories are never, never truly complete without them) and sometimes I read Historical based books too. Sometimes I would read biographies like the Diary of Anne Frank. But I mainly stay in the Fantasy realm. It's simply more fun~ ^_^

Patrick Rothfuss has some of the best modern fantasy that one could read. Some other good ones are Lev Grossman, Neil Gaiman, C.S. Friedman, Scott Lynch, Peter V. Brett. Highly, HIGHLY recommend 'Ready Player One' by Ernest Cline.

I enjoy Lovecraft's works. For the most part, I don't read books for leisure, though. Most of my reading is either text books, manuals, or online articles/reviews.

Haven't read much lately but have been busy writing a lot instead

The Game of Thrones series. A long time ago I finished the last book so far, I think I'm one of the early adapters to see the promise of the books. Several books later, an HBO series, and even video games, and still no sequel to the story.
Honestly I don't even remember much about the books anymore. I remember being very disappointing in the last one which is strange because it featured Dany and she was my favorite character up to that point.

Long story short? Meh. I had a whole post here detailing my disappointment in the direction of this series then realized it looked like an old fashioned rant post.

I don't want to make this a GOT bashing post, just don't think this series is the greatest thing since sliced bread (put's on flame shield)

    ----------------------

Way of Kings by Brandon Sanderson!

Nice start. Well diverse group of main characters, each with their own story to tell. While the main plot is still hidden I'm positive they all share something in common to bond them together. They haven't really met yet, a few chance encounters here and there. Good way to tease the audience.
Haven't seen the sequel yet but will definitely pick it up one day.

    --------------------

Lion of Senet by Jennifer Fallon!

Let me tell you right now, this is Code Geass in book form. The only difference?
No Geass powers, no mecha, and basically nothing wacky or unrealistic.
Just pure ownage by outsmarting, outthinking, and outmaneuvering the antagonists by a capable main character. Numerous times he will face a situation where the short and brutal solution seems best. What will he do...?

Great book, a random pick up from me and one of my favorites to this day.

I like to read anything really.
The Chronicles of Vladimir Todd is one of my favorites, but the Outsiders is my favorite book in general!
My favorite authors are S.E. Hinton and Jodi Picoult.

Anything Tom Clancy got all of his novels in Hardcover:cool: and Military ground vehicle and Aircraft reference books. My choice mag is Combat Aircraft Monthly with Trains Mag a close second. I've not yet gotten into manga or anime review mags yet. (I'm not that hardcore yet);)
