What I've Been Up To

I thought I'd write up this post for anyone who cares to read it. Now that I've gotten over my uncle's passing, I figured I'd catch everyone who knew me here up to speed with what i've been up to since I left Dubtopia after a short stay in 2013.

So around the time I left, I went and bought a Hauppauge HD PVR 2 Gaming Edition capture box, and I finally started to lift my youtube gaming channel off the ground. It was also around that time that i joined a freshly new anime/gaming network we now call ourselves Black Sakura. (we don't rival you guys so don't worry).

To this day I am still with Black Sakura aka Kurosa Network. through this network, I have gotten to do a couple of things, that otherwise, I probably still wouldn't be doing. I have become a facebook page admin, something Noey wouldn't let me do during the old JD, and something other fan pages on facebook wouldn't let me do either. I currently admin a bout a dozen pages currently, including my page for my youtube channel and other things I find interesting. I've also gotten the chance to get closer to a couple of english VAs as well. I have a business type relationship with Michelle Ruff and Erin Fitzgerald currently, both whom sponsor our Hyperdimension Neptunia fan page which has near 40k fans, as they both lend their voices to the growing Neptunia series of games. Erin Also spnsors my youtube channel separately for my Neptunia walkthrough series of videos, and she will for my upcoming Tales of Xillia series also. Erin has also given me the chance to create her new video game characters demo reel that she can use for work to help get her more jobs in the future. we are still currently working on it.

So basically I spend at least 8 hours a day with my youtube channel between recording, editing, rendering, and uploading videos. I have also convinced Keiichi Morisato to sponsor me with his now named Sakura Anime Radio that he's been running for a couple of years now. (hmm is he even here? idk even). Everyday I maintain my mutal friendship/relationship I have with Erin as well. I've had the pleasure to talk to her a few times, and I know we will talk again sometime in the near future.

Well it has been 21 months or so since i left you guys, and I know a lot has changed. I hope to get along with the new faces here as well as reunite with the old crew I was with in the old JD days. and to those of you that I was screwing with for a couple of months, I hope I didn't annoy you guys to much. I was panning to come back before Halloween, but I already joined a gaming charity event called Extra life. As a member of Team East Coast Gamers our goal was to raise $1000 for the Children's Specialized Hopsitals of NJ, we ended up raising $1680 when it was all said and done. I also had wrestling event tickets for a show in November. Followed by the holidays and such. So here I am. Time to catch up with you guys.

Hmmm... Sounds like you've been busy. Have fun while you're here, hang out, maybe make some threads.

 

Glad to see a few friendly faces still floating around. and yeah I kept myself busy alright. I still am doing everything I mentioned above. I enjoy it though, so I don't mind at all.

 

It's good to see you back here rose! glad that more and more people are finding the new site.
