Viz Media announced at Anime Central on Saturday that it will screen both Sailor Moon S: The Movie (Sailor Moon S Movie: Hearts in Ice) and Sailor Moon SuperS: The Movie (Sailor Moon SuperS Movie: Black Dream Hole) this summer in North America.

The Sailor Moon S: The Movie screening will also include an encore screening of Sailor Moon R: The Movie, and will take place on July 28 (dubbed) and July 30 (subtitled). The screening of Sailor Moon SuperS: The Movie will also screen the Sailor Moon SuperS Plus - Ami's First Love short, and will take place on August 4 (dubbed) and August 6 (subtitled).

Ticket sales for both screenings start on June 1. Fathom Events has opened a website for the screenings.

Viz Media previously screened Sailor Moon R: The Movie in the United States in January 2017 and in Canada in March 2017. The screenings also featured the "Make Up! Sailor Guardians" (Make-Up! Sailor Senshi) anime short. The film originally opened in Japan in 1993.

Sailor Moon S: The Movie opened in Japan in 1994 and Sailor Moon SuperS: The Movie opened in Japan in 1995. Geneon Entertainment released both films on VHS and DVD between 1999 and 2004.

The 15-minute Sailor Moon SuperS Plus - Ami's First Love short debuted in Japan in 1995.
