Oh Japan! -Why Interrupting Anime/Cartoons is a Bad Idea

Hello readers, it's your lovable media mod, the one you all know and love, Ella Serenity, with another article for you to read.


So my question is for you today - what would you do if someone interrupted you watching anime or cartoons? Would you go as far as recklessly endangering someone else's life because they dared interrupt the finale of Cowboy Bebop?

Apparently there are some that take their anime/cartoons VERY seriously to the point of nearly endangering someone else life. such as this ten-year-old boy in Guiyang City. Who took his anime/ cartoon so seriously that he severed the safety line of a construction worker doing the work, all because the noise was interrupting his cartoons. Leaving the poor man hanging from on for dear life 8 floors above ground.

"Talk about dedication to the animated world, I mean seriously I feel bad for the guy, but this is quite funny. The boys must not have liked to be interrupted"


The construction worker was installing a light on the outer wall of the apartment building's 8th floor at 3:20 pm. While on the job and doing the installation the worker noticed his lifeline was shaking. When the worker looked to see what was causing the shaking he spotted a boy cutting the line with a knife from the window of a room on the same floor, thus resulting in the worker yelling at the kids to stop, But that didn't stop him cutting the rope. The child acted as if he didn't hear the man. Once the child severed the line the man was unable to move up or down. The only thing he could do was call to his coworkers asking for help. His coworkers then contacted the local fire department who then hurried to the scene.

The fire department had trouble finding a apartment in the floors above with someone home to allow the rescue workers access to the construction worker hanging on for dear life. After about 40 minutes the man was removed from the wall without injury.

"Well at least the man is safe, tho lesson learned: DON"T INTERRUPT SOMEONE WATCHING ANIME OR CARTOONS!!!"

Police confronted the boy who at first denied doing it but soon broke under pressure and confessed. He told the police that the sound of drilling outside was noisy while he was wathing cartoons, so he cut the rope with a knife. The parents of the child were at work when the incident occured. The authorites then contacted the father who apologized for the jeopardy of the mans life and paid to replace the severed safety line.

"Needless to say that boy is probably grounded for life right now, and will probably never see anther cartoon or anime for a VERY long while"

Sadly they never did find out what program the child was watching that was soo important enough to cut someones lifeline risking their life.

"Must have been something good for that."
