Okay guys, I'm requesting a little help here. October has just started, and it is nearing the date at which I properly got into anime last year. As it stands right now, my AP account says I have spent almost three weeks on anime, (That total is pretty much purely from this past year, as my childhood would be impossible to track), and I want that to change that.

I'm wanting to get my total up to a full month by the Nineteenth of November. A quick calculation said that for that to happen, I'd need to watch about nine standard episodes per day. I've recently started a few more anime, ignoring my standard "one ep from each unique series per day" for them.

So what I'm asking is, if you could please check my AP list (you can get there by clicking the pic in my sig) and tell me any good anime I should watch that I haven't already seen. Please ignore any that I have on my "Want to watch" list, and tell me to watch them anyway, as a lot of them are just quick notes I've made of things to maybe check out. I'm gonna try and not be too picky with suggestions, but I'd really prefer if you didn't suggest anything dubbed by FUNimation; I prefer to get my anime as 720p dual audio torrents, and FUNi's strictness makes that very difficult to get a hand of.

My fave genres are Comedy, Sci-fi, and Slice of Life. And I think I'm getting a tad bored of magic and anything that's just plain violence. But really, anything should be fine.

I'm not an exclusiver to either dubs or subs, but I've noticed that I am watching more subs lately. I'm open to suggestions about which language to watch with, though would much appreciate if reasons for dub/sub were given too. (Eg, quantities of Engrish; music-based anime; nyaning; VA quality)

TL;DR: Please check my AP (click sig pic) and recommend me anime to boost my total time. Please no FUNi. Fave genres are Comedy, Sci-fi, and Slice of Life.

Thanks very muchly for any help. ^_^

    Angel Beats!
    Kokoro Connect
    Baka and Test
    Chobits
    Eden of the East
    Haganai
    Heaven's Memo Pad
    Inu x Boku
    Moon Phase
    Negima
    Rozen Maiden
    Squid Girl
    The Familiar of Zero

I picked shows that are similar to what you've already watched. Sorry, I didn't pay attention to whether they were FUNi dubs or not.

Coolies, thanks Red. I recognise a couple as FUNi, mainly cause I looked at preordering Haganai this morning.
And it's funny, cause I finished downloading the last of Kokoro Connect today, and started Angel Beats today as well. XD

Going from your list mafia, I'd say pick back up Fairy Tail since it is 175 [I think] eps and continue watching One Piece [as that took me 2-3 months to watch almost exclusively doing at least 12 eps a day.]. These alone will be more than enough to reach your goal if you focus on them and are worth the watch.

Now judging from what you've seen and rated highly I am having some troubles thinking of ones you'll definitely like, however if you want different suggestion the range of genres you listed I'd say check out Tari Tari for slice of life, daily lives of highschool boys and seitokai yakuindomo for comedy, sci fi I'm not too sure of but you could try the short jikan no eve.
And if you want other suggestions you could check out my list.

    Thanks Super.
Regarding OP, I'm having a little trouble clearing the hurdle set from seeing the 4kids dub years ago. I reckon I'll be able to watch more of it once I clear the Rainbow Mist arc. Currently near the end of Alabasta.
And Fairy Tail; I'd like to, and I have dvds of season 1 just sitting there, but when I last tried to grab some episodes of the sub, it was very fruitless.

Haha yeah the 4kids dub was awesome, the amount of stuff edited kind of sucked but the voices I thought were great. Luckily for me I never watched much dubbed [max of 20 eps] and not a single one of them were the funi dub so watching the sub was easy for me. I'm a sub over dub watcher for that series, its great it has a dub for those that can't adjust but it isn't something I'd watch,  also considering the dub is a bit past water seven only it is a much better watch in sub format.
Everything I watch is via streaming which works effectively if you use the right sites, but I guess you want downloads of everything, well can't help you there I'm afraid I haven't downloaded a single episode of any anime.

Yeah, I find it a little hard to be mad at 4kids for their changes cause of how nostalgic everything is. I'm wanting to watch Pokémon from the start pretty soon, and I'm probs gonna watch the original Tokyo Mew Mew after I finish Mew Mew Power (which I found literally shockingly nostalgic). Speaking of which, I was watching Bleach this morning, and it had the red haired girl (actual red hair) do the pose/motion thing that accompanies the "Mew mew style, mew mew grace. Mew mew power, in your face!". I. Effing. Lost it. Then I did a quick Google search, and found out two important things: That red-hair girl and Zoey/Ichigo share the same seiyuu; and that Tokyo Mew Mew has nyaning. ^_^

    Slice of life and sci-fi...
Might want to check "Allison & Lillia"

It features a steampunk setting, a kind of subgenre of science fiction I suppose. It takes place during an era where airplanes are a new form of transportation and trains are still in use. The sense of adventure is pretty strong.
Allison & Lillia has a light romance plot going on all the while important events would keep popping up to amusingly distract the main characters. I think it's great that it felt relaxed like a slice of life anime but at the same time ditched the whole school setting and instead opted for the adventure aspect.

There's some action but it feels pretty tame, like a Disney movie or something. Sub only.

Thanks again, guys, for I have now completed my mission to my satisfaction with time to spare. ^_^
Anyone know when it's supposed to tick over from four weeks to one month? (Stupid uneven day totals between different months...)
