The June issue of Hakusensha's Bessatsu Hana to Yume magazine revealed on Thursday that Maki Minami will end the Pinpon Rush manga in the magazine's next issue on May 26.

The manga centers on Hina Aoshima, a girl who enters an academy known for its students who are elites in the quiz bee world. Hina, however, entered the school only because of its delicious lunches. She reunites with Ryoku Ashihara, a childhood friend who is an undefeated quiz bee champion since middle school. When they meet, Hina reveals that she has a hidden ability that is more than just her big appetite.

Minami launched the manga in Bessatsu Hana to Yume in February 2017. Hakusensha published the manga's second compiled book volume on January 19. The third volume will ship on May 18.

Minami launched the Koi wa Hito no Hoka manga in Hakusensha's Hana to Yume magazine in September 2015 and ended it in August 2016. Hakusensha published the manga's third and final volume in October 2016.

Minami began her Komomo Confiserie manga series in Hana to Yume in 2013 and ended the series in December 2014. Viz Media released the fifth and final volume in September 2016. Minami ended her Seiyū ka—!manga in the same magazine in 2013. Viz Media published the series under the title Voice Over!: Seiyuu Academy and released the 12th and final volume in August 2015. Viz Media also published Minami's S.A (Special A) manga in North America.

Special A inspired a television anime series in 2008 that Sentai Filmworks released in North America.
