July Theme Voting

Villainous July (vote for the best villain, The Major - Helsing and Nosferatu Zodd - Berserk won't be allowed to participate)

Ecchi July (characters who show off alot of skin and panties and pervert characters who enjoy this topic in their respective animes, Issei Hyoudou - Highschool DxD won't be allowed to participate)

Leaders of July (characters who have a leading role over a group of people, bosses of big organizations, can include coaches and captains of sporting teams too, Roy Mustang - Fullmetal Alchemist won't be allowed to participate)

A tie in the tie breaker. And it's already the 26th lol. Normally i would take out the one with the least to get the votes from that focussed on the remaining two but since Villainous July has no votes that won't work. I'm going to decide this with the dice roll. 1-50 is Ecchi July, 51-100 is Leaders of July. Here goes!
