    You can nominate characters you hate or dislike. It doesn't necessarily need to be villains or characters hated in their series, just characters you dislike. It might just be the character someone else ranks on top of all anime characters.

    Characters that can NOT be nominated are the winners of the previous two editions of Ju-On which are
    Shinji Ikari as winner of Ju-On 2015 and Prime Minister Honest as winner of Ju-On 2017.

    You can nominate up to TWO characters and we'll see how far we get in the first 3 days or so.
