Intro to Touhou

Most of you (if you didn't just join the group for no reason) probably know what Touhou is. This thread is for those newer to the series. To start take a look at this video it explains the foundations of Touhou at the very least.

To get on the more technical side Touhou is a series of games started by Team Shanghai Alice and is mostly managed by the one member Zun. The games were a series of Bullet Hell / Danmaku Shooters started in 1995 on the PC-98. The series later moved to windows format when the 6th installment was released.  There is now 19 official games with two more in the making, (As of date of post). Some of the games even stray from the bullet hell genre a bit to go onto be labeled as bullet freezing to vs. shooter to photography and even as far as a few fighting games.
