I'm Back Again, Until the 12th

So everyone i'm back after another stressful semester. This semester i was forced to take 6 classes, and miraculously i actually managed to pass 4 of them. But since i failed 2 classes i can only take 2 classes during the summer. So i'll be graduating a year later then i planned but at least i get to move on. Last semester i learned about hematology (blood work). Various skills i learned to do are:

1. Take an animal's PCV (packed cell volume)

2. Take an animal's TP (total protein)

3. Take an animal's hemoglobin g/dl count

4.  Platelet, RBC, WBC counts

5. Identify parasites like Ancylostoma caninum- canine  roundworm

6. Medical farmwork (Cow, Goat, Sheep, Pig, Horse, Bird)

And a variety of other things. But truthfully i could've posted this alot earlier but i wanted to wait until i got my grades. So i'll be around for alot shorter then last time but on the plus side at the end of next semester i'm not only taking only 2 classes but i also get a 3 week break at the end which is VERY helpful.

Wow this is weird even though i subscribed to my thread i never received any notification of responses but i'm majoring in Veterinary Technology, basically i'm studying to become a nurse for animals

 

Learn some work with rabbits so you can save me some money Congrats on your progress.


I actually do know some medical info for rabbits for example the spine of a rabbit is extremely thin which is why you have to hold them a certain way to avoid breaking their backs. I also know  how to give medicine injections, and do blood collection.

Ah, cool. :3 I thought it would be something in the medical field because of the things you said you had learned. What year are you in? I'm a Junior, majoring in Computer Engineering. Hope you're enjoying school, and will enjoy your summer break even more. ;D

Well in regard to my entire college career im a senior but if were talking about the amount of time ive been in this program then im a freshmen.
