Hitori No Shita The Outcast 2's 2nd Part Premieres On May 1

    Haoliners announced on Friday that the second part of the Hitori No Shita The Outcast 2 anime will air in Japan in May with the title Hitori No Shita The Outcast 2 (Zensei Chapter).

    Haoliners describes the new chapter:

    After an intense tournament, Chou Soran is finally the winner of the Raten Tournament. Gaining the right to become next Tenshi (celestial priest), Chou Soran becomes suspicious and refuses to accept the ceremonial Rules of the Tenshi, which will the Old Tenshi enters into a fury.

    On the other side, Zensei who is targeting the 8 secret arts attack Chou Reigyoku. In order to stop the quell the fights, Chou Soran heads toward the battlefield. What is the purpose of Zensei? Will Soran and Houhou finds their answers?


    The anime will premiere in Japan on Tokyo MX on May 1 at 1:40 a.m. (effectively May 2 morning), and will also air on BS12 on May 5.

    The new cast members include Masafumi Kobatake as Rou Tenshi, Taiten Kusunoki as Riku Kin, and Tomoyuki Maruyama as Den Shinchuu.

    The second season premiered in China last July.

    The first 12-episode season of the "supernatural power battle anime" series ran from July to September 2016 in Japan. Hitori No Shita The Outcast 2 (Raten Taisho Chapter), the first part of the second season, premiered on January 9 in Japan. The series is based on a Chinese web comic. Shanghai Emon planned the anime, and animation production took place in Japan. Chinese web company Tencent owns the rights to the original comic. Crunchyroll streamed both the first season and the first part of the second season as they aired in Japan.
