North American anime distributor Funimation confirmed on Saturday that it will release the Hetalia The Beautiful World, Senran Kagura, and The Devil is a Part-Timer! anime series on home video next summer. All three will be available on DVD, while Senran Kagura and The Devil is a Part-Timer! will also be available on Blu-ray Disc.

Hetalia The Beautiful World is the fifth anime series inspired by Hidekaz Himaruya's Hetalia manga. This anime series premiered in Japan on January 25. Funimation has released the previous anime seasons and the Hetalia Axis Powers: Paint it, White! film in North America.

Senran Kagura adapted Marvelous AQL's side-scrolling action game based around female ninjas. Takashi Watanabe (Shakugan no Shana, Slayers) directed the series at the anime studio Artland. Takao Yoshioka (Sekirei, Elfen Lied) wrote the series scripts, while Takashi Torii designed the characters. The character designs for the franchise were originally created by Nan Yaegashi while Yukinori Kitajima (Okamiden) assisted in creating its original story.

The anime premiered in Japan on January 6.

The Devil Is a Part Timer (Hataraku Maou-sama!) follows a devil named Satan who is one step away from conquering his alternate world when he is transported to the Tokyo of our world. He ends up having to work part-time at a fast food restaurant to make ends meet. In order to conquer Japan, Satan (under the Earth name Sadao Maō) has to first move up from a freelancer to an actual employee. Meanwhile, the heroine Emilia has arrived in Japan also, in pursuit of Satan.

The series premiered in Japan in April.

Funimation streamed all three series as they aired in Japan on its website this past year.
