Fruits Basket: Yuki vs Kyo

As the Fruits Basket's story line progresses you can see that Tohru has a choice between two of the other main characters: Yuki and Kyo

Yuki usually is well composed, smart, soft, and calm towards Tohru while Kyo on the other hand (at the beginning at least) is more fierce and quick to anger. Assuming you've seen the anime, who do you think Tohru should have ended up with and why?

 

I think that Tohru should end up with Yuki. If she were to end up with Kyo then Kagura would be so upset and depressed. Plus Yuki and Tohru, are such a great couple with supporting each other throughout the anime all the way through.

 

I like both so I wouldn't be able to really choose who I would want Tohru to end up with.
Yuki is more calm and collected than Kyo. Kyo has his soft gentle moments, but Yuki has more. It's a tough choice...

 

Many people would believe that Tohru's personality is more suited for Yuki. However, it's hard to actually say who Tohru should end up with. Honestly, I thought that Yuki and Tohru would end up together but then Kyo became softer towards Tohru. So adorable

 

Then again I know who she ends up with cause of the manga...

Yuki looked for a mother in Tohru. He tried to see her as a potential girlfriend but the relationship stayed as a maternal one.

Kyo always saw Tohru as a woman. Plus Tohru accepted all Kyo's forms.

 

I do to. Technically I didn't cheat. My mum bought me the last Manga book in the fruits basket series and so I read it. That's how I found out. Either way, if would have been adorable if she ended up with Yuki anyway.
