Evangelion 3.33 Film's English Dub Trailer Posted

    Manga Entertainment streamed an English-dubbed trailer for its DVD and Blu-ray release of the Evangelion: 3.33 You Can (Not) Redo (Evangelion Shin Gekijō-ban Q Quickening) film on Friday.

    Funimation announced the English cast last month:

    Shinji - Spike Spencer
    Kaworu - Jerry Jewell
    Asuka - Tiffany Grant
    Rei - Brina Palencia
    Misato - Allison Keith-Shipp
    Ritsuko - Colleen Clinkenbeard
    Mari - Trina Nishimura
    Fuyutsuki - Kent Williams
    Gendo - John Swasey
    Kitakami - Tia Ballard
    Sakura - Felecia Angelle
    Aoba - Phil Parsons
    Takao - Greg Dulcie
    Tama - Aaron Roberts
    Hyuga - Mike McFarland
    Nagara - Krishna Smitha
    Ibuki - Caitlin Glass

    Eleven Arts and FUNimation Entertainment will screen the theatrical print of Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo in theaters across the United States and Canada in January. Funimation will then release the film on Blu-ray and DVD on February 18, 2014, although the date is "subject to change." Manga Entertainment will release the film on DVD and Blu-ray in the United Kingdom on March 31.

    The third film in Hideaki Anno's four-part remake of Gainax's Neon Genesis Evangelion anime series earned more than 5.1 billion yen during its theater run. While the first film hewed closely to the original television series, the second film went in a different direction, and the third film went still further in its own storyline.

    Shit just got real. lol Ironically I came across the movie online, though it was probably the 3.0 version. Looking forward to watching this anime.
