Crapnuary nomination thread

Better prepare yourselves, this will NOT be pretty! Crapnuary won the theme voting and we will be nominating 32 of the most shitty main characters out there. Might be your favorite character, someone else might be disgusted by him/her. Just remember at all times that this is just a game and no one is out to humiliate or insult you personally. Keep the butthurt to a minimum, also in this nomination thread.

Keep in mind, only MAIN characters are allowed, and you can nominate up to TWO characters for now.

Ju-on was characters in general and this is main characters. They usually make or break the entire series so it's still somewhat linked. If you want to nominate a series, just nominate it's main character.

 

That drastic? I did not realize. I know of series where all the characters basically ruin it. And I have seen incredibly annoying characters, but everyone else kept the series from being ruined.
Harem series are an easy one for this, what with the clueless protagonist. But then again, the annoying girls surrounding him tends to take away the focus on him ruining the series and spreads it out among half a dozen characters.

Because Kyon is the MX of the Haruhi series.
And Naruto is the MC in Naruto.

I say that, but if @Supernatural-Knight has to choose new characters, he might end up nominating characters I like.

Ehhhhhhh, yes and no. I'd say they share joint ownership. But if we are limiting it can it to be Main cast instead of MC, adds more options and keeps if from being "obscure character X is the crappiest"

If not I'll have to redo my vote and think of a second one

 

I would say as long as they hold a main part in the plot it should be accepted maybe what everyone else think?

I'm fine with main cast rather than character, but Haruhi definitely isn't main character, she's only present about 1/3 to 1/2 of the time in the novels, the remainder is Kyon whining and being with the other members of the brigade.

The story revolves aroubd Haruhi's crap, but that doesn't make her a main character.

It's like index, sure the story is about her, but touma is the MC (I dropped the series after seven episodes, I hope I'm not mistaken).

 

I see your reasoning in but it could be argued they are the main female lead in both cases, but that goes cast not MC (Also very sad to hear that! It's a amazing series i swear by it just is a bit slow as it lays the ground work for ALOT to come later on so it is a bit boring. Doesn't help they haven't started season 3 either, Prelude to war and WW3 arc would be amazing and give the show what it needs)
