Anime from '09 to '13 That are Must Watches?

Hello people whom I know and people who I do not, i do not claim a posistion of whether or not that is a good thing if you do not know me.



For those of you who don't knowme or don't know me well, i waited two years  to watch Angelbeats afterseeing the first two episods in ananime club.My family finally got netflixand i could see AB indub and that night i just marathoned through episode 10. it was a blast.



Here's the thing though: I got obsessed. I likdthe show, I didn't rewatch it much, but I loved the songs, it made me wanna play piano,I I kwpt thinking about the show so often becauseit was the kind of show that makes you want to think!



The point is, because of this, AB left a void when it ended, I did not get into many anime afterwards. The only one I watched after that was chrono crusade, half of Guilty Crown, what happened in episode 12 or 13 annoyed me to no end, half of K, most of Rumbling Hearts (That will piss a majority of people off),half of Shinsekai Yori, All of attack on titan, SAO , and DanganRonpa, I think that is it.



so I'm asking you to just throw in some titles of recent years that are Must Sees,I sayMust sees because I DO NOT want to be pushed into plotless moe blobs like K-On i have three words for that: Mother,focking,Tea! Epic stuff like Steins Gate and Madoka, emotional stuff like Clannad and AngelBeats or Little Busters!



So, yeah, just givetitles you reallyliked, I already have DXD on my list. I'm slowly working on getting into the anime ofthis current season. My favorite probably being LB and Gallilei Donna

I'm still not quite sure what exactly you are looking for.... but I recently ran into Valvrave the Liberator. The first season came out years ago, but the second just started, I think.

But if you want romance-centered I would suggest White Album (and White Album 2) as well as UtaPri. I can't really say it has an actual plot though... Like, not any major plots. I haven't seen White Album though so I can't say anything about that. White Album 2 on the other hand, I really like so far. I also suggest Black Butler- yes, it does have a plot and it's not emotional either. At least from what I can remember. I recommend Ouran High School Host Club too. I really like the music in those Anime. ^^;

 

A couple you can't go wrong with:

Full Metal Alchemist brotherhood.
Spice and Wolf ( one of my personal faves).
Eden of the East.
Darker than Black.
Blue exorcist.
Fate Zero.
Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet. (this is the only one on the list that doesn't have an english dub)

 

Don't forget D-Gray Man! You can never go wrong with CLAMP's series.

 

Oh wait.. that would then include a lot of other stuff too.

I made the first post in a horrible rush apparently. I'm looking for minly emotion filled anime like Key anime. I've seen FMAB and DTB and Chobits, mostly. D Gray MAn? Uggghh, that's a long one isn't it? XD

Based on your list, you might wanna try Future Diary, it's similar to Btooom! in that its a survival anime, and is based off people using diaries which tell the future in different ways to kill each other.  Winner becomes God, pretty simple.  Also, not sure if you will like it or not, but Bakemonogatari and it's sequels are EPIC!  Produced by the people who made Madoka, SHAFT, and is based off a light novel by Nisio Ishin.  THe prequel movie is comin out this fall (supposedly, still waiting for confirmation)

 

Based on things you like try these:

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Azumanga Daioh, Vividred Operation, Rinne no Lagrange, Danganronpa: The Animation, Eden of The East.

That's the first time I've seen that pop up as a recommendation.

Anyway, Nyako, I say go watch Humanity Has Declined.
It's a really good show, a bit random, but as it goes on you learn about the world, and ahh.. it's so good.
