    Has anyone ever noticed that some anime characters look very much alike? For example in A Certain Scientific Railgun there is a girl named Kango that looks like a younger version of Boa Hancock from One Piece. In one scene from the anime of the first season in Railgun she has a snake around her like Boa Hancock has in One Piece just as an example.
