An Interesting Crossover

So, I have a fondness for science, and quantum theory and thought experiments are usually my favorite. To that end, my favorite anime character is "Archer" and the unlimited blade works. The UBW is his minds reality brought into the real world. Also, I just finished watching Railgun (I know, I'm way behind the times) and in that show they talk a lot about using your personal reality to enhance your powers. So that got me to thinking, what if, Misaka were able to obtain magic? What if she could bring her Level 5 PR into the world. Its an interesting concept I think. Anyway, in light of that i decided to make this. I'm really bad at this in general, but sometimes when I get an idea, I need to make it real in some way. And searching the internet has shown that no one else has had this idea (or at least made a representation of it). I wanted to think of a chant and all that mess, but as a great person once said "aint nobody got time for dat"
