Good news to report.

Completed
Durarara!! x2 Shou (Dub) / Twas awesome but lacked the epic intenseness of the 2nd half of season 1 but this might be due to Shou being only the 1st cour of season 2, it ended on a rather unsatisfying cliff hanger but hey, least it had the rest of what S1 did. Fare well Durarara!!, till the dub of x2 Ten come out in July/August anyway.

Now continuing from on hold list
Lupin 3rd
Detective Conan (tech I didn't put it on hold as I did watch it but it was not being watched for many weeks so yea, tech was on hold)
Shirobako / Finally, after weeks of being put on hold I got the will and wanting to watch it, ep 21 was good. just 3 more eps left plus the special and the 2nd special when it airs later this year to go.

@Sir-Maddy I see, well, even the greatest of memories can't remember everything, even photographic memory can't, but most in such a case, very true, sadly we can't all be gifted with such a memory, though that might be a good thing in many ways. lol

@Mafiacow you're welcome. Guess without even trying I qualified for that theme. lol

@Ophelia I really enjoyed it too, but I don't approve of one particular joke the anime did, the way it was done was truly tasteless and wrong.

@BaconMan8910 Good to see u Bacon, what's shakin? Love the new look ya got goin there, esp the Roll and Data in the background.

 

I did a "quick" rewatch of Shiki again. Man that anime get's me everytime.

Still watching Initial D, I'm on the 4th stage now. I think the novelty of the show is starting to wear off a bit but It's worth it so far.

 

I finished Haikyuu.

Solid 7.5/10

It's progressing almost the same as Kuroko, so season 2 should be much better. Woo hoo for good sports anime!

Shirobako + the 1 special ep based on ep 1 of Exodus. (ep 2 of ep 1 of Airial Girls is not out yet but will tots be watching it when it gets released in june!)

Both of these I loved, more so Shirobako though which I rated a 9.0 despite putting the last 4 eps on hold for 2-3 months. lol I hope to see more of these, and I hope the spin off of Exodus and Arial girls get a full season release showing the ending that Musani Animation made and all te scenes. I rated the spcial ep a 7.5 for Exodus btw, and mighta been higher but it's unlikely they'll do more than the 1st ep so had to rate it on that alone sadly. (Ok, I did let a bit of what I know happens later on effect it by an extra 0.5 lol) Fyi to those who don't know, In Shirobaka, they created 2 anime, which were Exodus and Arial Girls.

I've missed many people here and it's great seeing they're still here such as yourself, @Lince & @Doomguy despite us not usually talking to each other it's always great to see ya'll and countless others here. Oh, speaking of great to see again, did ya hear that The Misadventures of Tron Bonne got a PSN digital release finally? It's my 1st time playing this game and I've waited years to play it. I have yet to beat it though and dunno when I will. lol (Taking my time due to other games, anime, and life lol)

 

Now we just need Legends 3. =P

I'm 10 episodes in on Code Geass and 10 episodes in on Ghost Hunt. My daughter likes to watch Ghost Hunt for some reason so I wait till she's around to continue.

 

just finished Tokyo ghoul, And WOW was that a good anime, but i wish they ended it better and gave some clarification on what happened at the end

Princess Jellyfish / Seriously? I didn't expect this anime to be so good. Yes it has dated art (which did get better the further u got into the series), yes the char design and their quirkiness is something that may put ya off (but they do grow on ya so no worries really) and yes the simple short description of what MAL lists (along with the trailer even) doesn't sound that interesting of a story, BUT! Do not be deceived my fellow anime fans! Princess Jellyfish is a really great story, touching in many ways, and is about so much more than what u may think it's about. If I recall right, the manga is still on going and while highly doubtful, I am hoping for a 2nd season. I rated this an 8.5 it was that good. Btw, notice I said finished above? That's right I finished all of S1 (There is no S2 or ovas or real continuations according to MAL), but there are 10 short specials I have yet to see (many which are 30 secs or less) so I have yet to "complete" this series as a whole like I normally do when I announce I completed them. I wanted to get this posted ASAP incase anyone had planned to watch this awesome anime. I won't be saying when I watched the specials btw. (Unless they too truly captivate me but highly doubtful given 30 secs for most eps)

What was I thinking? I love this anime! It's giving me a Dragonball Z vibe if you can believe it. I'm honestly waiting for one of the drivers to pull out some kind of
"Hey man, what's the power level of that guy's ride?"
"It's over 250 horsepower!!!"
"What 250? That can't be right!?"

Then you get the main guy who wants to drive "fair" like some kind of naive Goku. Then you get his "rival" that really gives me the Vegeta vibe right now.

Halfway through 4th season, I'm loving this anime. I actually checked out the specs of my car since the anime piqued my interests, how many anime can make you do something in real life like that?
