So I just finished The Devil is a Part-Timer! and I really enjoyed it. it was funny and interesting. But I am kind of like... what the heck why would the devil end up with a part time job that does not really make sense, He goes from being the most powerful being in the world to a burger boy. Idk I just thought that was kind of weird. What do you think about it?

That's kind of the point of the concept. It's supposed to be absurd because it makes for some hilarious comedy, which this anime pretty well delivered on.

Maybe he was tired of being the devil. If I was alive for hundreds of years I would probably get bored and want to do something else also.

Just give in and watch it it is pretty enjoyable just don't take it so serious like wondering why the devil would have a part time job lol

The anime was really enjoyable, I hope it gets a second season (the manga's still ongoing so it might).
The part timer job was most likely for comedy , but if u were to ignore that fact, maybe he became a burger boy because he was stuck in Japan with no way to return back to his world (they do say his powers became weaker). There's no magic in our world so he couldn't replenish his powers, so he did the only thing he could do, adapt to our world by getting a part timer job........from where he will eventually put demonic powers in the burgers and control the minds of his customers to create his own army to take over japan and the world.... :D
well the second half is what I hope would happen

I love traps because they are shiny (have to say this because of a dare)
