    Hmm what have I watched recently? Not so much actually. I haven't made any more progress from the 4 eps of GITS I had watched as of 2 weeks ago. Basically the only thing I've watched [apart from new releases] was Chihayafuru. I've now seen 11 eps and I am liking this a lot more than I thought I would. For a sports anime it is incredibly different than what I'm use to seeing.

    Started watching... Punch Line.

    Idk if i'm starting to become more like Super(God Forbid) but the panty shots and commercial break moans bothered me. Otherwise the show is pretty random and hilarious.

    The ecchi genre must be really slipping if first Sonico and now this. Although I think I see your problem, this one is probably meant to be a parody of the whole genre. I can't see it being too serious in any genre.
    That being said I'm not exactly enjoying this show either. It is a let down because I'm not yet finding it funny or anything. The cat porn though...........
    I'm only watching it because it is airing on noitaminA.

    Company? I thought noitaminA was an anime block on a certain channel. And yeah pretty much, I haven't seen everything yet but I've seen a good bunch of their list. It is too much effort to convince you otherwise but I've enjoyed most of what I've seen from it [apart from a few]. What I like is that they are from different studios with a wide variety. Going through your list you haven't seen enough to qualify you to judge them.

    After ep 2... I'm starting to enjoy Punch Line.
    Maybe i just needed to get used to the humor/art.
    Or the fact that Rie Kugimiya isn't a tsundere there.

    I'm still not a fan, I haven't found anything amusing about Punchline yet. It may be parodying a few genres and attempting to make fun of everything but to me it just doesn't work.
    She isn't always a tsundere, look at Fairy Tail's Happy or Gintama's Kagura.

    After placing it on hold after only 2 eps can you really make that call? You gave up too early, I still liked it but not as much as the original.



    I have now seen 18 eps of Chihayafuru [7 more than before] and it feels good to finally be back to watching this show. This is a much better watch than I first thought it would be considering it revolves around playing a card game competitively while being listed as a josei series. Can't say I'd ever thought of something like this as a sport before.

    Also I watched the 1st episode of Sound! Euphorium. I don't think i'll watch the rest of this. They took the cute girls doing cute things and made it a little more serious. But they still haven't found the entertaining formula.
