As the title says, just rate the latest anime series you have finished. I think it's quite interesting to see what other thought about the series and with little comments about it, we might help someone to decide whether he should try watching it or not.

    Suggesting rating as MAL`s scoring system is the best imo, 1 - Unwatchable 2 - Horrible 3 - Very bad 4 - Bad 5 - Average 6 - Fine 7 - Good 8 - Very Good 9 - Great 10 - Masterpiece.

Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo 9/10
Would have been a 10 if Sorata would have ended with other girl(can't say name, don't want to spoil). Had lots of funny moments, some boring, some annoying, and sometimes even inspirational, felt like working more on my uni assignments after watching some certain episodes lol. Great anime indeed, looking forward to the 2nd season (hopefully, since I need to see more of that new guy aka pervert).

The World God Only Knows 10/10
Definitely one of my favorites. I like to see how Keima's character is developing, I mean in the end he's getting interested in real life as well.
Elsie - she's so cute, what else I can say :D Airhead I guess :D
My favorite loose soul was probably with teacher, I mean who wouldn't like to get a kiss from a hot teacher :p Although martial arts girl was also amusing, but tsundere a bit too much.
P.S. Last episode was boring... not like in the 1st season when we got to see his gaming power, this time it was too random that it wasn't even funny.
    P.S.2. Need more Haqua!!!

I know I am the only doing this, but maybe someone is reading and since there's no post count, I think double-triple-etc-posting doesn't matter in this case.

    Nodame Cantabile 9/10
So... I picked up just because I have to upload it on dubbed website and I had to check if everything is OK with the videos... I really didn't expect myself to watch it, but I honestly was surprised how good it turned out to be. Watched 23 eps + 2 specials + 1episode of 2nd season in 2 days... Skipped 8 new releases... that's how much I enjoyed it. It's a Josei genre, but wow... 2nd anime with Josei genre that really appealed to me. Now I am definitely going to watch Chihafayuru soon as it has Josei and Sport genres included. Anyway, back to Nodame Cantabile. The beginning was quite WTF, but I was relieved to find out that the focus will be on music and not romance. The romance was a really good addition to the story and it had some hilarious moments, but the music played the biggest role and since I love music... of course I loved this anime :p I liked the development. Kinda from nothing to... can't say, don't want to spoil :D So yeah, if you love music, nice story development with good romance comedy and enjoyable slice of life anime, then watch this one!

Campoine!: A thoroughly enjoyable anime which provides much of the action, a lot of the supernatural, some good mythology and tons of the usual you expect from a harem series. I've seen people rate this an excellent or a masterpiece but i reckon that's going a tad overboard. It's very good, nothing more nothing less: 8/10.

I had put it off a few times before sitting down and watching it tonight and i must say it didn't deserve it, it is a very enjoyable series. I will say tho that it's short (only 13 episodes and that "only" feels like an "ONLY") but there's always hope that they might very well make a second series out of it, i mean the story is wrapped up nicely (so no worries about things feeling unfinished) but it is ended open enough for there to be another series.

It was just plain awful and was borderline hentai. Just bad

    Nodame Cantabile Paris Chapter 8/10
Not as good as the 1st season but it was still really good. The pace in my opinion was bit too fast, they were far less struggling. I know that they are experienced now, but still they overcame the difficulties rather fast. I mean they didn't show us the practices as much as before, now kinda straight into concerts. The relationship is developing nicely. Looking forward to 3rd season :) P.S. I am becoming a fan of classic music...:D

    Nodame Cantabile OVA 5/10
What a letdown... was it supposed to be funny? Well didn't work out for me... especially that ending was gross, it made be go from 7 to 5 just in 5 seconds... I hate my imagination.

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. (Edit): 2006

    8/10

Why don't they explain the whole time traveler, esper, alien thing? Still, absolutely hilarious! The second comedy I have been able to sit through!

@Veritasodiumparit which one did you watch 2006 or 2009? You should check how the author actually wanted this series to be watched, I have made that order in 2009 and wrote titles to make it less confusing (you know where).

The 2006 version.  Yeah, I decided to watch it in numerical episode order. I haven't been able to find out the writer's original intentions anywhere. If you could link me I will read up on it. Less you want to type it all out here? :p It still makes sense going from 1-14. In fact it felt like it made a lot more sense, rather than watching it in order the episodes were aired.

@Veritasodiumparit please use @myname when replying... I don't check forums that often so I miss such replies as yours. I'll PM you soon enough about Haruhi since I can't share links here due to some forum rules.

    Ookami-san to Shichinin no Nakama-tachi 7/10
Don't get me wrong, it wasn't bad. I mean 7 is actually a good grade and I am rating according to MAL system where 7 stands for - good. It was indeed good, but why it didn't get a 10? Firstly, it's just a personal matter, but I am not fond of parodies, however it was one of the better one. After all I completed the series, while I'd normally drop it or don't even start it when anime has parody genre. Secondly, there were no real plot. Every episode (twice was two ep story) is a new story. So maybe for someone it's fun this way, but I prefer shows to have an actual plot and aim. If you say the plot/aim was to character (love) development...then here you see my last reason why it didn't get a 10. Simply because it barely moved... if you disagree with me, then I wonder what kind of relationship you imagine... So yeah, not even talking about kissing part, but they could have at least held hands... They ended like leaving for 2nd season, which I doubt will be. I don't like such endings "create your own one".

    Kaze no Stigma (Dubbed): 9/10
Top notch series this one i thoroughly enjoyed it from the get go! The story is well thought out and written and has none of those most annoying of instances where you feel that the characters are being utterly moronic because they've chosen to do something completely counter what any normal person would do under the same situation (a big massive plus for that!).

The cast is very likeable (except the villains who are properly hateful). The two main characters are badass but also come with believable human flaws (tho i see some people having problems with the female lead for she's on the verge of being just a comic relief tsundere but i don't really see her as a proper true tsundere myself just a teenaged girl with a temper, a bit of self doubt and doesn't really understand her true feelings, so a typical teen aged girl then).

The story does both exciting action and comedy really well and there's even a very touching story arch that put me on the verge of tears. It took me 3 nights to finish this anime and at the end of each night i was saying "Just one more episode!" so i'd say it's very compelling viewing.

I only have two criticisms about this anime. One, some of the comedic stuff does get a bit tired by the end, but it is right at the end so it's not that big a deal. Two, tho the events wrap up well there are things left undone or undiscovered so it needs a second series and i have a feeling there won't be one.

In summery: excellent series, top recommendation!

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. (Edit): 2006 8/10 Why don’t they explain the whole time traveler, esper, alien thing? Still, absolutely hilarious! The second comedy I have been able to sit through!

Technically they are explained, in so far that they all could be creations of Haruhi. It's tough to give definites and thorough explanations in a world that has to bend to the whims of a mind such as hers.

Now finished the The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya. That's the whole series. Now I wait for Series 3 ^^

7/10 It was a very good film, it does help if you have seen the entire series. They still don't answer the burning questions behind all of the supernatural phenomenon. But, that is to be expected as they still have a lot of the manga to work with.
