After a lot of thinking I've decided to watch the following anime

    Sabagebu!
    Ladies versus Butlers!
    Walkure Romanze
    Manyū Hiken-chō
    Rozen Maiden
    Campione!
    Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet
    Kenzen Robo Daimidaler
Horizon in the Middle of Nowhere
    Hanasaku Iroha
    Recently, My Sister is Unusual
    Brynhildr in the Darkness
    Hayate the Combat Butler

Along with one good anime: Gintama, already watched 2 episodes and it is quite funny

    Looking forward to it.

Repeat question: Is the reason you haven't been wanting to watch Bakemonogatari due to that it had Nekomonogatari listed as prequel, that you thought you had to watch Nekomonogatari first?

    Since last:
    Humanity has Declined. Ep 3.
    Kiseijuu. Ep 12.

Have you ever heard of self control? Trust me around here we control ourselves from getting too exited by watching a borderline hentai anime, specially if you're around public, at times I'd watch anime in public but hide the fact that the anime is a borderline hentai

I like her; she's amusing. And yes, I do realise she's voiced by you-know-who. I think I like the assistant best though; he's good.

    Today:
    Dog Days. Ep 1.
    Log Horizon 2. Ep 10.

Well, I finally finished Code Lyoko. Talk about a trip down memory lane, I feel like I'm 10 years old again. Out of all the shows I watched religiously as a kid, Code Lyoko had to have been one of my favorites.

And now, for the fun stuff. Here's are a few lists I made shortly after I finished about things I liked and things I didn't [Minor spoilers, but honestly who cares].
    Qualms about Code Lyoko:

Yumi and Ulrich never get together. It’s a tease that really only serves for plot sprinkles.

William wasn’t the good guy often enough. I felt like having him serve only as an enemy was really a wasted opportunity. We never got to see if he was capable of being a hero. But as a villain, he was still awesome [He’s still a rookie though xD].

Jeremy and Aelita never officially get together, but I guess it’s pretty obvious. This one is kind of nitpicky.

For a kids show, the ending is alright. No kid would look too deep into the ending and ask for more. But from a late teenager/early adult’s perspective, the ending will leave you hoping for more.

I feel like the makers actually planned to have William be a good guy at some point seeing as how the Skid had 5 pods [1 for Ulrich, 1 for Yumi, 1 for Odd, “1 for William”, and the pilot for Aelita]. This isn’t really a qualm, just a question of whether the direction they wanted to go was really the direction they took.

There are very numerous logic errors throughout the show, but it’s a kid’s show. Besides, going through them all would take forever.

The quality of the VA’s in the beginning was weird. I felt like the voice acting went better as it got along for some reason. Maybe the VA’s started to take the show more seriously or something.

Why. The. Fuck. Does. Odd. Have. Limited. Arrows. There is no reason for that. Jeremy could program all that shit, but he can’t give Odd unlimited arrows? Wtf? This literally bugged the shit out of me [Pardon the computer pun].

Aelita is almost completely useless until season 3.

Some X.A.N.A. attacks happen too frequently. I swear, there were like 4 episodes where Jeremy or a copy of Jeremy was possessed. It felt lazy.

    Sissy. Enough said.
    Awesome things about Code Lyoko:

    William. He’s still the shit!

The action scenes, albeit totally illogical, were cool.

The shows concept gives it so much room to breathe; the writers took full advantage and went in every direction possible. The creativity was well appreciated.

The VA’s in general did a fantastic job. Ulrich and Odd are some of the most easily recognizable voices today.

Odd. His entire character was fantastic. He’s the kind of guy this show needed. He’s funny, interesting, and inventive. I feel like I see myself when I watch him, but I realized I’m more of a mix of Ulrich and Odd.

Jeremy is actually one of the best characters. He’s easily the most important one of the group and the show revolves around him and his leadership. I gained a lot of respect for Jeremy.

Jim. He’s probably next to Odd in terms of best characters. He’s written so well and his VA makes his voice feel so natural. Trust me, Jim is a knockout.

William’s clone is fucking hilarious. He’s so stupid, but it’s honestly one of the best parts of the show. If I had a video, I'd show you.

Having an actual back-story saves this from being one of those one-off series’. While it may not have been as fleshed out as I would have liked, just the fact that it exists is enough to make me give it a point for it. The anime would have been too repetitive without it, so there you go.

Aelita has a personality. She’s not just some pretty girl who happened to fall upon an MC kind of character. She’s got sass, and probably more importantly, she’s smart as hell.

Every lyoko character fills a role here. There are very rarely any useless characters [After season 2] and all of the Lyoko Fighters actually have strengths and weaknesses. None of them are overpowered [except maybe Xanafied William]. Some missions take the efforts of all of them to complete and it really makes it feel like we're watching a team effort.

The friendship between the characters is clear as day. They really look and feel like friends.
Keep in mind I wrote these at 6 AM. I could probably come up with more if need be.

Trust me, after watching a lot of anime that are either ecchi or that are borderline hentai, you can control yourself to get exited only when necessary, check my list and you'll see

    Finished Tsukimonogatari

I enjoyed it. I really like the way the Monogatari series presents their stories. The way the episodes flow and the way the dialogue is spoken really soothes me. I feel like I can take in a lot more like that. This iteration was a nice touch, so I'm happy I got a chance to watch it today.

    Also, Araragi is a boss.

Completed (Note, this is NOT the complete list, I plan to post that later on)
Date A Live Encore OVA / the feels there at the shocking twist at the end of this ep. :( We better get a S3 and the movie better be new material and not a remake or recap, I'd say one more thing I'm hoping fr but, it'd spoil this OVA but, hoping for a miracle is all I'll say here. :(

Dengeki Bunko 2007 Movie Festival Special / This short mini ep that brings 3 different anime cast of MC together was really enjoyable, SOOO MUCH BETTER than the crappy Shana-tan & Index-tan shorts. (Which I've still got to finish watching some of those...)

A Certain Scientific Railgun OVA / This was the sub only Someone's watching ep and I loved it, although why it's sub only is beyond me.

TSF Monogatari /I enjoyed this, it was one of the better anime of it's "type". Albeit I wish I could've enjoyed it more but, alas.

    Now watching:
K-ON!! / After putting this on hold for around 6 months or so, I suddenly got the urge to watch this again. I love this series, just got burtn out on it's genre and the type of anime it is. lol

Yes, MAL lists it as such and MAL is hardly wrong in how it lists the order of an anime. (It does have it's hiccups though)

This precisely being one of said "hiccups".
Order = Bakemonogatari -> Nisemonogatari -> Nekomonogatari: Kuro -> Monogatari Second Season -> Hanamonogatari -> Tsukimonogatari

Oh, and forgot to note down that I'd also watched
    Log Horizon 2. Ep 13.

No it isn't, MAL places them in the order that would be chronologically correct if this was a normal anime timeline. If you want to be really specific about the monogatari franchise chronologically I saw that someone said you'd have to watch multiple arcs at the same time as well as stop halfway through a season to watch a whole different arc. Setting it up in that order is a pain but how hard is it really to follow the release date order?

This reads almost like you expected it to not be as good as it is. Granted for me it took some 30 eps to be really good but to doubt that it is a great watch is blasphemy. I can't wait for Gintama 2015 which is meant to start in April, think you'll catch up by then?

My progress, I have now seen 331 Shippuuden episodes and damn was I wrong when I was younger. This series is pretty entertaining itself, now onwards to even more fighting.
