Sorry Natsuru but this was more of a trade between me and mafia as far as backlogs. I wanted him to watch R+V and get to see Mizore for once, He wanted me to discover Saa-chan and the uncensored gore of the series. Besides Mafia and I trade our opinions on each others "shit taste" quite often hench the trading

Also @Mafiacow trying to explain Ecchi and Fan service is like trying to define what is anime or what is moe. There are several answers it just stands on view. If we go by literal then anything animated be it sponge-bob to Mono is anime, Where as Ecchi and Fan-service become one in the same, and moe is anything considered cute. Best example i could give based on my definition of the two and opinion is Ecchi is the mindless or unnecessary nudity, crouch shots, etc where as fan-service is maid outfits, seeming a couple together, something the fans want even if it is perverted (hell to put it even more in context Haruhi-chan would be considered fan-service for you as it extends haruhi despite the lack of 'traditional' fan-service)

Sekirei episodes 1-3
I was once told this was pokemon version of a harem, welp to the person who said that you are right! I really like it so far, decent action base of an interesting story, the Ecchi of it doesn't surprise me as I have become near immune (This happens when you watch/read DxD. Dem novels packed with Ecchi....). I must say thought i think i just fell in love, Cheremi and Brittney as twin badass sisters ALL MY YISSSSSSSS. Anime world when you go to dub twins you need this pair! Cheremi is being her punk self like when she voiced Gaige from Borderlands coupled with furious Brittney makes for an awesome combo.

Yes it's Deidara. I think you spelled it right. Tobi is hilarious xD One of my favorite characters in the show.
Yeah Chiyo was a great character. She taught Sakura alot. Akamaru is comparible with Terry from Toriko. Another animal who grows throughout the story.

 

Sai.. Sasuke's replacement in team Kakashi. Yeah i didn't like him either. I can't reply much more though. Tell me where you are when you send your next pm.

The Melancholy of Haruhi-chan Suzumiya / rated it a 7.5, loved Asukura coming back and the new char called Kimidori who coincidentally? there's a girl with the same name. >.>

 

So I watched both seasons if Love Live. Overall, I liked it but there where a few things I didn't like. The biggest thing was a lot of the songs seemed to be cut for the most part. The anime focused more on the idol group over their goal of Love Live. The only other idol group introduced was A-RISE. I personally would like to have seen more of the other idol groups and the struggles during the concerts.

 

Was kinda busy but, caught up with new anime including Ore, Twintails ni Narimasu, Nanatsu no Taizai, Amagi Brilliant Park, Pokémon XY, Pokémon movie 17 and prequel episode, Naruto: Shippuden dub, One Piece 337-360 dub and episode 21 of Air Gear, liking them all so far, downloading Samurai Champloo and Gosick while searching for torrents for AKB0048 and Umineko

 

Finally gets around to posting stuff I wrote a bit ago, but didn't have time to post.

Ah, okay, just another case of you having a different definition to everyone else. I'm pretty sure the difference is the level and purpose. Ecchi is more explicit by definition, and fanservice is just a side thing not important to the story.

I... don't remember a Bleach meme?... But meh, I'm just more vocal about it being shit because so many people seem to think otherwise. If everyone agreed it was shit, then there'd be no point in my saying it so much.

Yeah, no. We're talking about maths here. "Everyone" is inclusive of each and every person/other-defined-thing. By trying to disclude me, you're intentionally skewing the results. This is not how we science.

Also, given that the content of my meme is more vague than what spoiled our watching of it, and the fact that I hated it regardless of spoiler and you loved it regardless of spoiler, I can safely say that any "ruining" will be due to being baseline shit.

Do you think that you have to watch Nekomonogatari Kuro before Bakemonogatari?? That is NOT the case at all. Neko is the prequel in terms of chrono, but Bakemono is what everyone is supposed to watch first. Bakemono was made first, and eases you into the comedy and style of the show, and Neko is more just a kind of flashback to explain past events.

Just watched Bayonetta: Bloody Fate. A very fun reinterpretation of the first Bayonetta game. I can honestly say that it tells the story better then the game did, so if you didn't understand the story while playing Bayonetta, or if you want to get caught up before buying Bayonetta 2, witch this.

 

Finally finished Air Gear and the OVA, just finishing a few downloads and next on my list is: Gosick, haven't seen a mystery anime in a long while

 

Thats the bad thing about this anime, too may fillers but things should pick up after that.

 

- Completed Gundam 0080: War in the Pocket. Another largely disappointing entry in the Gundam franchise for me, but at least I was able to finish it this time unlike Stardust Memory. The premise was good, but the execution was slow and unsatisfying. The music was almost comically bad too. Despite how much I found fault with Stardust Memory, it at least had a good soundtrack. War in the Pocket was marginally better though because it at least had some likeable characters. 5/10
- Started Jormungand episode 1. Great beginning for the series; I was entertained. Main character is really quirky and likeable. Music is really cool and unique. Action scenes were satisfying. I take one small issue with Funimation's dubbing though. For a series that takes place in a darker setting like the criminal underworld, they shouldn't shy away from swearing so much. It really broke the immersion for me when these hardened criminal characters were saying stuff like "friggin'" and "crap". Come on Funi, you're normally much better than this. This is not a kiddy cartoon. 8/10
- Fate/stay night UBW episode 7. GARcher still too GAR to handle. After hearing him utter the chant, I can definitely say that I felt the boner of my sword. 9/10
- Started Psycho-Pass 2, on episode 3. The writing seems like a step down from season 1. The philosophical discussions and character development seem to be gone. It's like they forgot everything that happened in season 1 and everybody is just going about their business like the situation hasn't changed since the beginning of the series. 6/10
