    Well darn I didn't know this had started. Guess I'll be the opposite from everyone since I nominated Zero. I didn't nominate him because he was just a 'pretty boy' vampire. Which he was throughout the anime. I nominated him for his form he took after he consumed his brother , but I guess it really wasn't much tho ah well. I haven't seen hell girl to vote so wouldn't be fair if I voted

    Grand Fisher is just some loser.

    Sin is a beast of destruction that destroys pretty much all civilization and can spawn a bunch of smaller monsters to cause even more trouble.

    oh please Ichigo could have 1 kit KO'd him if he hadn't been a complete rookie and that little mind game that made him careless. He's basically just a monster hamster with a tricky ability. But Sin is a giant monstrous beast of destruction that brought fear and terror to and entire world. He also just randomly drops smaller monsters all of whome are creepier and stronger than Grand Fisher.

    I've never played any final fantasy game, and I haven't watched the limited adaptations either so I'm going with bleach for now. I am open to being convinced but it will take a bit

    Well a lot about Sin is a mystery until near the end of the game so there is are a few things I can't say due to being end game spoilers. The only non spoiler thing I can really say is what I've already said but just think about it. Sin is a giant monsterous beast that brings and entire world to it's knees and it can spawn and army of smaller monsters who are all fairly creepy looking. If anyone can think of anything non spoiler to say then go ahead.

    Hmm @Metazoxan that is awfully convincing but since I don't care very much for the franchise post the spoilers anyway in the tags so I can get an even better idea about this creature.

    It's a little complicated but basically sin is a beast that was created by Yu Yevon. A thousand years before the story takes place there was a war between a country that used Machines and one that used summons. When the summon city was about to be destroyed they all came together for one final act. They summoned a dream like version of their own city and their leader then procceeded to summon a bunch of Pyrefly (basically what they call ghosts in this world) to himself and crafts Sin.

    Sin's task was both to hide the dream city and destroy any city that grew too large or used too much technology. Not only than but later generations try to defeat Sin by going on a pilgramage to obtain the Ultimate Summon said to be able to defeat him. But the Ultimate Summon can only be created by sacrificing a close freind and in reality using the final summon kills the summoner and while it does destroy sin Yu Yevon simply possesses the Ultimate Summon and along with the Spirits of the dead becomes the new sin. So in the end they sacrifice themselves for nothing and the cycle continues.

    So Sin is basically a beast of Vengence Yu Yevon unleashed upon the world and it's also a collection of lost souls that Yu Yevon drew to him to help create Sin.

    Also it's mentioned that whenever Sin attacks a town if someone doesn't put the spirits of the dead to rest they will be drawn to Sin and become his Spawn.

    Think of Sin as all the terror of a natural disaster but it's actually coming for you on purpose and if you die it might turn you into a monster.

    Alrighty then. I really liked how I was able to get the vast majority of references in No Game No Life, so much so that I actually Googled for what the hell "Ba*se" meant 'cause it was like the one thing I didn't know. ^_^
    Oh, and is this the anime that Natsuru sent me the pic of "You friggin' god of misfortune!"? (Teehee)
