Rosario + Vampire. Ep 3. Oh, nice! I was able to recognise the voice of the Class President as that of Kurotsuchi Mayuri!~ Could have done without that spoiler from yesterday, TRG... Oh ffs, I am really annoyed at how they just "reveal their identities" like the rule doesn't exist. Annoyed by the loli sexualisation, and this constant Deus ex Machina...

No Game No Life. Ep 4. This anime is just amazing.
No Game No Life. Ep 5. Kakaka~ Tet is so much like me; godly, and doesn't choose a side, instead opting for chaotic fun~ Oh, Sora has his dreams straight! Dat censoring was actually brilliant. Haha, I actually was bothered to look into what that "Ba*se" was referencing. XD Final point of mention; I highly approved of Steph's outfit and behaviour, even though I would have preferred you-know-what~

No Game No Life. Ep 6. Okay, every aspect of this game is just f***ing brilliant! XD Oh, you lucky Flugel, not having to eat. Ahhhhh! Shiro got ears! That game... just kept getting better... and better... and better... That chemistry was just delicious too~~ :3 Please, if anyone knows the answer to this question, tell me; Is there a word for when you've been so completely filled with pleasure that you're just left completely and utterly satisfied? As this is the second time this anime has done this to me.
No Game No Life. Ep 7. Steph has so many good reaction faces~ I just love that I'm able to recognise so many of these references~
Haganai NEXT. Ep 1. Needed to pace myself with NGNL, so now I'm starting this. Ugh, this OP sucks; not amazing like S1's... Haha, that's brilliant; hearing where I got my "kukuku~" laugh from again~ Oh, and there's that gif I've seen in someone's sig... ED was bad compared to first ED too. This episode was kinda just meh compared to what I remember; I hope it picks up.

 

Took me a while since I'm using a mobile device but, I finally finished HeartCatch Pretty Cure, I almost catch up with the current series but for now, I'll watch the next anime: Suite Pretty Cure

 

Because the show is horrible? I mean the story is pretty much a ripoff of Code Geass in most regards (or at least verrrrry similar) and the ending is just garbage. Of course all of this is my own opinion.

Don't get me wrong, I love Inori a lot and thought the show had potential.

I would have to dig around and try to remember where they are. If I do come across them, I'll be sure to let you know. Who doesn't like NSFW though?

I recently finished Fortune Arterial: Akai Yakusoku. Earned a solid 5/10 for being average. Had some potential but fell off with some poor decisions by the author. (director)

 

I can only see 2 similarities between those show: Mecha and supernatural power (which are standard anime genres). And the ending wasn't garbage. You wanna know some garbage endings? Code Geass S1, Highschool of the Dead, Btooom...

Currently watching Tamako Market. I only have one thing to say: I fukkin' hate that bird! Annoyin' as hell. The writer probably wanted to add some kind of story to the show (and failed horribly). It's a slife of life dammit! It doesn't need to have a story.

 

Haven't started Tamako Market yet, but I shall haha.

The story line is pretty much copy paste once the second half starts. The hero becomes the villain to sacrifice himself etc...
Also those anime you listed, aren't the complete story of what it was adapted from. S1 of Code Geass is obviously just an intermission. (not that I remember it being a bad "ending") HOTD has more story in the manga after that but is unfortunately on hiatus. I thought the whole "continuing fight to survive" thing was pretty fitting since that's the typical kind of zombie end. (resident evil and such). I didn't think Btooom had a bad ending either. It wasn't the best, but it was fairly fitting. Also that's just a part of the story and should serve as an intermission. <- S2 please!

I have felt like Haruhi in the Endless Eight today~ I got all of my homework done before the weekend even started, so I've been free to do whatever I feel like without a single worry~ :3

Rosario + Vampire. Ep 5. Okay, that thing about vampires and water is complete bull. That song sounded good though. That second one too. I was thinking Sirens, but close enough.
Rosario + Vampire. Ep 6. It's pissing me off how everything in each of these episodes is so obvious. And also that they act like it was a big deal to figure this ep out.
Rosario + Vampire. Ep 7. So, the famous Mizore. She's alright I guess. But it's annoying how childish this entire anime is...
No Game No Life. Ep 8. These werebeasts are brilliant. Haha, I highly approve of calling "wanting Shiro's panties" "sick". XD Okay question; Is owning a race of kitteh people worth risking the lives of several million? Answer; OF F***ING COURSE SO!!! Holy crap... dat ED and end...

No Game No Life. Ep 12. Okay, this anime was just spectactular. Comedy, strategy, science, lovable characters, and kittehs!~ Far exceeded all my expectations. I don't even mind the open-style ending. For these reasons, it gets my highly-acclaimed 5-star rating!~ (Aych damn... I've given that to three anime recently...) As for its place... (Drumroll-style thing; click once, and read before clicking again~)

Its replacing of violence with games surpasses the cutesy gore, horror, and mind-f***ery of Higurashi no Naku Koro ni, which now moves to spot #6.

The completely overoverwhelming pleasure I received exceeds what even Sacchan could deliver. You know this is serious now, right? A sadistic gore nut such as myself, saying that Corpse Party didn't deliver as much delicious pleasure? Corpse Party now moves to place #4.

It put up a good effort, but this is as far as it goes. Angel Beats! wins its round with a close fight. Rest now, No Game No Life, you have secured place #3. This is a first; all previous favourite anime of mine have been placed in the order I watched them, so for this to knock three of them away...

Been a while since i posted here but also been a bit since i watch anime :/

Watched 1-12 of Railgun S, so here's my thoughts may have to spoiler a few things
Started out cutise likely season one but the introduction of Mental Out floored me, you don't see her in the novels till NT volume 5!

She isn't seen till volume 5 when everyone is trying to protect Frema for some reason, you also see all 7 level 5 at this time so yea

Then we get dark, oh Accelerator you are my fav anti-hero/villan/hero person thing! One thing that does bug me though is the fact that the sister actually have a light in their eyes. In Index, Index II and the novels the Sisters have an emotionless and soulless look but here thats different.... OH MUGINO!!!!! SHES HERE?!

She doesn't appear till after season 2 of index where she goes on a ballistic rampage and kill most of ITEM and tries to kill Hamazura

You know what, after a bit i like Kinuhata with this voice, still doesn't match personality but hey.

 

Seriously, in all the anime and movies I've watched I've never seen some epic fighting, finished HeartCatch Pretty Cure Movie, Pretty Cure All Stars DX3 and Suite Pretty Cure episode 6

 

Finished Tamako Market... it's not that great. Don't watch it folks!

Watching Watamote. Damn, Tomoko is the most stupid person in the whole anime world. I facepalm every episode at least 5 times.

Brittney fits Mikoto's personality though! the only person i think would work as a replacement would be Cherami Leigh. And yea watched a few episodes of the sub..... hate the voices, of Mikoto and Kuruko. Which seeing as they are the two main leads becomes a problem

 

Yeah... no... She lacked any and all sort of personality.
Wow... you... really are horrible, you know that? JP Misaka and Kuroko are pleasant to listen to, where as Brittney Karbowski's voice across all roles (except for one) is at a level of pain that completely and utterly overwhelms any chance my masochism has, and Eng Kuroko's didn't sound like anything.

As for the the JP VA, well you should know already, 90% of the time I'm going to prefer the English so

Misaka = best character in Raildex
Three seasons of Raildex (Index, Railgun, and Index II) = I like Misaka's JP VA; suits her very well.
A few minutes of Index dub = This... is not okay... Brittney Karbowski, you do not suit her at all; you lack personality, and my ears are now crying. Get out of my Railgun.

Ugh... that 10% barely saves you. I hate it when people swear by either language. I generally go more for subs, but I don't have anything against dubs as a whole. Cases and points; Haruhi (even though I obviously prefer her JP voice, I prefer the anime dub), Black Lagoon, Hellsing, Panty & Stocking.
And stop dissing Misaka's JP VA.

Today:
Rosario + Vampire. Ep 9. Ah, good; it's episode nyan, so it only makes sense for the cat to get screentime. And wow, this was actually a fairly decent episode; I don't really have any complaints I don't think.
Glasslip. Ep 5.

 

Just finished Noir. A solid show, but nothing all that special. The animation is dated, but not terrible, voice work decent, but dated as well... Actually that's what I'd call the whole show; dated. It's not bad, however.

 

It's pretty hard watching anime on an iPod but, managed to catch up with the new release anime and up to episode 30 of Suite Pretty Cure

 

Anime club's started its weekly screenings back up for the semester. Thankfully, I can actually make it now.
