I've been taking a crack at Dark Souls, kinda brutal but really fun. Also trying my best to beat all the Mega Man's for the NES.

Awesome. :3 Are you playing Dark Souls 1 or 2? I just finished up DS2 on the PC. It was pretty great. Currently working through NG+.

You can't really go wrong with Mega Man. Have you tried Mega Man X on the SNES?

Started up Dante's Inferno again. I really like it but the platforming is awful.

Went back to Midnight Club 2 for another go. This time I turned the difficulty up to max and I'm still trying to beat Savo xD

They're pretty great. 5-6 are pretty good too. I have DS1 for 360. I've finished most of it but haven't finished the entire game as I can no longer be bothered to pay for Xbox Live.

Just got my dads old PS2 playing my old games that I had in my closet. Been playing Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction all night. God they need to do a HD remake of it.

I'm on a obsessive playthrough of Crusader Kings 2 right now. Its pretty much gotten to the point where I have completely stopped almost everything else (anime included)

I know I'll burn myself out at some point but this game is amazing with the kind of complexity I have been searching for ages.

Oh yeah Origin had a free Battlefield 3 game giveaway a while ago. Definitely took advantage of that. Not sure if I like this game all that much but happy to play it for free all the same.

Started Persona 3 today. Really love the game, but I never got to beat it. My PSP broke when I was near the end.

Bug testing my visual novel demo counts right?
Since most other games are triggering a blinking black screen video card reaction right now. :(

Fun game, the friendship link aspects of it (whatever they call it) proves very useful to make some very powerful Persona summons. Also I like how this was one of the very few rpg games that actually made buff spells useful. Definitely want a persona dedicated to screwing up the bosses stats and buffing your party stats. It will be worth it when bosses start to take forever to die.

I started to get a little tired of that tower though. My natural aversion to dudgeon crawlers at work here but at least the other aspects were neat.

I really liked the tower, but then again I like dungeon crawlers. My problem was that I'm not good at rationing EXP and Leveling up Social Links, so while my group Social Links were good, our levels were awful (like the dog, who's name I forget, was about 7 levels higher then my main party) and that fact that I'm one of those people who like to stick to one group of characters and the Persona series does not like that too much.

Playing Metroid Prime 1 now. I went from 2 to 1 but the games are different and nothing seems to be lost at all. Really liking it so far.

Well I like it more then 3 in any case. 3 is not bad, just didn't seem to have that adventure feel to it compared to the prequels.

And I beat Metroid Prime 1. I liked the second one much better but overall it was a fun and good time burn. The backtracking though... that was brutal backtracking. You can really tell the designers have learned how to hide it in the later installments because this first one was blatant in it's backtracking parts.

Hmm, debating whether to replay Prime 3 now...

I'm still playing through Dark Souls as this game is super addicting. After finishing my tank build playthrough rather than going to NG+ I decided to go a mage, well a DEX/INT mage anyway. I spent about 3 hours trying to solo O&S but I still can't do it. I would be able to do it if I could separate them but as Smough is so fat he just wobbles over to me while Ortstein gets all up in my face and destroys me. So no matter where I go Smough is always halfway there as he doesn't move from the middle and Orstein takes all of three seconds to catch up to me. I just gave up and summoned Sun Bro to give me a hand. That made things infinitely easier.

I love Dark Souls but I ended up making a huge mistake where I tried to evenly distribute my skill points. I managed to get to the centipede boss, but because of how I leveled my character I could not beat him. Highest level stat I had was 26 and I was level 68. I restarted it and decided to do a STH and Endurance build while one in a while adding a point to my HP. This play through is going a lot better then the last xD

Oh as for what I'm currently playing, I decided to man up and try to beat Killer is Dead, which is a very, very disappointing Suda 51 game. I liked Killer 7, No More Heroes 1 and 2 and Lollipop Chainsaw, but this game just feels like it's missing something.
