Hello there my name is Ali Kebabi. I am a very patriotic Scottish 17 year old Student. I study Computing and Biology and i am leaning more towards Networking and less towards programming. For the past 3-4 years i have had moderate success as a young creative writer but i have yet to have any of my works published. My hobbies as you can guess involve anime and writing. I like games as well the only consoles i own are a Ps2 and a last gen Nintendo DS, So the only online game i play is DOTA 2. I was a little reluctant to join at first as online forums are something i have not really participated in before. I plan on writing a few reviews for some of the series i know a lot about other than that ill see you all somewhere sometime.

Hey, I just wanted to get myself out there I never actually been part of  a community such as this other than facebook. For the first couple of weeks I'm not going to be very active as I have college and other personal issues to take care of. I really do look forward to becoming friends with anyone and everyone. Some help to get used to this would be appreciated as I am naive to anything like this. Thank you in advance my anime loving friends n.n

 

Hey @runehart welcome to DTR! No worries, you can post as often or as little as you like, you're still a part of our community and you're always welcome here. I'm also a college student, so I know what it's like to be busy. Hopefully those two weeks aren't too stressful for you.

Hello everyone, i'm Nick or Newmz, whichever you prefer. Coming straight out of Wisconsin. You know, that one state that is super cold and drinks beer with everything? Anyway, I am 19 years old and am currently attending college for a degree in Graphic Design.  I started watching anime my freshman year in high school. I watched anime very casually until I attended college to join Anime Club, which I hopefully will be president of the next academic year. Some of my favorite anime are The entire Full Metal Panic Series, The World God Only Knows, Ghost Stories (dub), and Coyote Ragtime Show. I am also big into video games and basically anything that would be geeky. I followed the Facebook page for about a year and always forgot to make an account on here. Well now here I am! about one year later. I am a pretty open person who will talk about anything, so shoot me a message or talk to me in chat if you want!

I have just recently become a kennel attendant at an animal shelter i had been volunteering at for a couple of years. I live with my boyfriend of 4 years in a house we just bought. I have plans to continue school , but no set course yet, and no plans in the near future for kids. 

I am interested in science, science fiction, xenoarcheology, astronomy, history, and ancient cultures / religions / civilizations.

I read more manga than I watch anime. I read a lot of fanfiction.

Favorites include Sailor Moon, Yu-Gi-Oh! DM, xxxHolic, Fairy Tail, Kuroshitsuji (manga)

 

So I thought I would introduce myself to all that don't know me, which I'm assuming is must of you.

My name is Khristophoros or Khris for short. I am a 20 yr old studying computer science, I live in the what you would like to call wonderful city of New York. I have been unknowingly a member of this community since the start of justdubs, .... so a long time ago. I typically just lurked about but I thought now is the time to change that, why not add something to the JD, DTR, DT community.

My interest well I believe that's a good thing to follow up with: music, gaming, techy stuff, world new, anime, or just anything really I'm not that picky of a person.

What might I do in my spare time hmmm... mostly I dwell on the computer or watch some kind of show or movie with my gf.
